I apparently attempted to try this business some time ago, thus I receive text alert coupons. I usually only wax in warmer months, pre-vacay, or prior to my annual girls trip. Im still not a real fan due to my horrible grow back struggles with ingrown hairs. Then after a positive experience elsewhere and my friend saying "waxing with consistency" will decrease ingrowns and your hair becomes softer, finer and takes longer to grow back each time. For this reason, I have attempted to continue on a schedule. I tried to book with Ms. Annie's a few times online. My account wouldn't work, so I called to get some assistance on this day. The young lady on the phone was in a rush. I wanted her to help get my online account working properly so I would have the ability to select any available appointments slots posted, service provider, and have option to cancel/ reschedule within limits posted. Instead of helping to get my online account working, she simply booked the appointment. I called back in less than 15 minutes to request a change. She said, I'll make the change, but you'll have a $50 fee whenever you reschedule. I was mortified! That wasn't really smart. The only thing it did was solidify that I definitely will never book at this business!!! Poor customer service and vibes!! Also the online scheduling system didn't work well at all!

I mean hey the name is Perfect Eyebrows, I should at least expect good eyebrows. Leela didn't ask what shape I desired or anything and didn't even remove the eyebrow makeup I had. I just told her I wanted a clean up, and she went to threading. There was a lot more tweezing than I remembered if there were any at all and the process seemed to be longer than I remembered but when she was done I liked the results. However, once I got home and removed all my brow makeup I was so upset, it literally looks like there are dots of removed hair on both of bottoms brow line as well as too completely different shapes as seen in the pics. I read all the other great 5 star reviews and I don't think there are any other reviews mentioning Leela but a businesses work is only as good as the work of ALL their employees, all their work should be consistently good.

We talked enough beforehand and knew I could trust her knowing that she uses top of the line ink and the skills she showed on her page. She's one of the only ones I came across that knew how to draw the eyebrows fitting for your face and not the cookie-cutter shape everyone else uses. I cant say enough nice things about her! It did hurt a lot back then, so I was kind of worried about the pain this time. Jane is very sweet. She used numbing cream frequently, so I didn't feel pain. I think she uses strong numbing cream which I appreciate. When she did my lips, I even slept . When she was wiping out ink, it irritated my eyelids because it was repeating process, but I totally understand that it is process of doing tattoo. I love the result. My eyebrows and eyeliner looks very natural. I love my lip color too. This saves my time tremendously in the morning for makeup. Jane is a perfectionist and spent a lot of time for small detail, even with the touch up sessions. If you are thinking about doing permanent makeup, try this place. You will not regret it.

I am someone who doesn't go to a salon often, so this was really special to me and I wanted my hair to look nice. Shana seems very well experienced, but when I told her how I would like my hair done she seemed frustrated (it was her first time working on my hair, I was not trying to offend her in any way, I just know my hair and how it works). I told her that my hair gets very frizzy and curls form after a day if I only blow dry, so I usually have to put a flat iron to my hair in order for it to stay put. Most of my appointment was quiet, she barely talked to me and she seemed very annoyed. When I told her about how my hair curls and gets frizzy, she snapped at me and said "i know how to do hair, i've been doing it for X amount of years". I stayed silent for the rest of my visit, paid, and left. The next day my curls returned (as I expected) and I felt like I paid that money for nothing. I would of loved the experience if she had listened to me, I was not trying to tell her how to do her job, but I knew it was her first time working on my hair and thought she would appreciate me letting her know how my hair works. The salon is beautiful and offers many services, but the attitudes there need to be a little better. I'm a hijabi and I liked this salon since it is hijab-friendly (one of the very few in my area), but I feel because of this experience it'll be so awkward if I go back to her.
