On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye. It left a very thick and dark mark on my left eye. She admitted she rushed and that both eyes were not done evenly. I requested a refund which she gave a partial one. I have went to a new place this year who also confirmed that this dark black cat eye dot on one eye was a mistake and did not look good. She also said my eyeliner faded funny. I got my eyeliner touched up 5 years later by someone else and it looks great however the dark black dot is still there and it is costing me $500 to remove. I started one session of the removal with a different person. I can't wait to have it gone. I would wish Kimberly would pay for her mistakes when customers have to get them fixed. She rushed and made uneven eyeliner which I've lived with. I do not recommend this person to do your permanent make-up. It has taken me time to write this review but I finally feel ready to put my name out there with this review. I was a customer in 2018. Do not make the same mistake. Do your research.

She has done my upper and lower eyes, lip liner and is working on a bad eye brow job that had been done by someone else. I had pitch black eyebrows that looked like someone drew them on with marker. Now after Kimberly's hard work and patience, we're almost ready to tattoo my brows back on with a natural look. I highly recommend her!! I've seen several people and have had 2 people, which by the way charged way more than what Kimberly charges screw up my face. Go see her! You won't regret it!

Her salon is very clean, bright and nicely decorated. You can tell immediately that Quyen has an artistic eye and a good sense of interior designing. Quyen is very easy to talk to and she made me feel comfortable. It was my first time ever doing microblading/micro shading and I was nervous. Quyen patiently explained to me what she was doing and answered any question I had on the instruments that she used. She consulted with me the type of eyebrow I like before she started doing all the measurements and drawings. I could tell immediately that Quyen was a very meticulous person and that I could totally trust my virgin brows to her hands. Quyen also cared a lot about her customers. She knew I might feel pain and discomfort even though she already applied the numbing gel for me. She kept comforting me every time she applied the ink as it would sting. At the end, she also delivered a verbal instruction for me on how to take care of my new brows. As I was thinking how I could remember all of the instructions, she handed me a cute aftercare kit that had an adorable postcard with drawings of the healing process and written days by days instruction as well as when to contact her for touching up appointment. I feel well informed and confident that my brows will heal nicely. There are a lot of eyebrow artists out there you can choose from. The reasons I choose Quyen, first because of her works themselves. I found Carina on Groupon, and to my delight, she is one of the most kindest, most thorough and professional people that I have met. She gives a great explanation of the numbing, then blading, and healing process. Just as important: she is extremely precise. I've had my eyebrows threaded before, and those ladies just eyeball it. Carina, on the other hand uses rulers and lines to get the perfect brow, then checks in with you as to whether you like the shape. Last year, when I got my eyebrows microbladed for the first time, Carina had to guess as to what the final shape would be, because I had no eyebrow; she guessed almost exactly correctly, and during the touch up procedure, she made some minor adjustments and now I really like my eyebrows.
