100% my fav brows to date. I went to Hailey last Friday and I am blown away at my new brows. The booking was easy. The forms were all automated and simple to understand and submit prior to the appointment (I hate sitting there reading forms at any appointment) and she explained everything to me first. When she started to map the Brow shape and draw the lines I was so shocked I had never had someone take their time and do this part. She showed me in the mirror the mapping and told me what she would do to even out my old brows as well as correct the old greyish color they were (it was terrible). Then she started.. now I absolutely can't stand pain at all and I was so shocked this was very tolerable for me. Yes I felt it but I could've slept through the process no problem. She was very detailed and made sure they are perfect. I looked in the mirror when I was done and almost cried. I was always interested in getting my eyeliner tattoo when I came across Hailey's IBeauty - she seemed like the only place in the area who could do this but also seeing her work, she does a fantastic job! She is very professional at what she does. I sent a message through her website and she was very responsive! I went to see her for an initial consultation, so we could discuss what type of eyeliner shape I wanted, and then from there, booked an actual appointment! At my initial appointment, I was nervous! I filled out the paperwork before we got started and read everything throughly. Her studio is very clean and welcoming. It's also in a safe area with a parking garage so parking is not an issue. She mapped out the shape of my eyeliner and also double-checked with me to approve to make sure I liked the shape. You won't feel much pain as she numbs you while she works on your eyelids. Don't be alarmed if the numbing ointment stings as that is normal. Just be sure to keep your eyes closed the whole time so nothing gets in your eyes! Only open them if she tells you to. I think keeping your eyes closed is the hardest part of it all. My eyes were really sensitive but she took her time with me. I appreciated how she worked with me as my eyes watered a lot during the procedure. At this time we scheduled my touch-up appointment as well for in the future. Hailey makes sure you're comfortable the whole time and tries to make sure you're relaxed. At one point she even gave me a blanket so I could try to go to sleep hehe. Fast forward to my eyeliner touch-up appointment. At this point I knew what to expect, and it went smoothly. I was numbed up as usual but I felt like the pain was a little more intense as you are getting tattoo over over your original tattooed spot. My touch-up appointment only took about 2 hours. After my appointments I was able to drive home - just give yourself some time before you start driving. Don't worry if you're eyes are swollen for a few days. That is expected as work is done on your gentle eyelids (use gel ice packs to reduce swelling and feel better) after a few days eyes will go back to normal :) Hailey is so sweet. I had a great experience for my first time getting tattoo eyeliner. She recommended other services in the future and I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family to her! I literally have a face by Hailey. My brows, eyeliner, lips and now my head! My last review was for the eyeliner so I won't talk about it again. I'll talk about the other stuff: Brows - I've had my brows done several times over the years as they do fade over time. Hailey was able to correct the faded color that was done by another artist and also reshaped my brows so that they are more flattering to my face. She is a true artist and perfectionist. She takes her time to make sure that everything looks impeccable. Again, no pain! Lips - I wanted something that looked natural but gave me a little more oomph. I provided an inspo pic and she was able to match the color. She explained in detail that immediately right after, it was going to look a little crazy (bright and swollen). She was not kidding but you have to trust the process. She drew out the lines and even made my lips look a little fuller. This is what I would normally do with a lipliner and it turned out great. The process was a bit uncomfortable but it was tolerable. Beauty is pain! Just kidding, it didn't hurt but it looked like I just got lip fillers when she was done lol. Head - now this was a game changer. She just started offering SMP (scalp micropigmentation) so I said heck, I've gotten all the other stuff, so why not give this a try. I have very fine hair and sometimes when I pull it back into a bun, my scalp is very noticeable. I got my head tattooed! She added little dots along my hairline that made it look like I had more hair. This process was not as scary as it sounds. It just felt like someone quickly tapping my head. Some areas hurt a little but it was manageable. I also had a scar that I got as a child and the hair never grew in that spot. Now you can't even see it! This made such a big difference. I can now put my hair up without having to shift my hair around to cover it up. I LOVE IT! Overall - just do it. I literally wake up, wash my face, brush my teeth and I am ready to go. Super unprofessional and has no respect for people's time. Making an appointment was easy -- I booked from the online booking for a consultation; great. She later texted me to confirm the appointment and give me parking instructions. Again, all great. I asked whether it was a possibility to get the eyebrow procedure done right after the consultation if the consultation went well, and she said yes. All good at this point. Later that day, I drove all the way to the salon and made sure to get there on time, especially as the website clearly has language about their late policy and notes that clients should take traffic into account. I rearrange my whole day to get there. I arrive a few mins early, but when I open the door, I'm taken aback that she seems to be in the middle of a session with another client and didn't even turn around. Since it was just a one-room treatment room, my instinct was to back out of the room immediate and quietly shut the door to wait in the hallway. However, after a minute or so, I got the feeling that she may not have seen me when I opened the door, especially since she didn't come out to communicate anything. So I popped my head back in to ask if she was almost done. She invited me to sit and wait in the room, which I awkwardly did. Judging by the marks she was making on a woman's eyebrows, it seemed like she was at the very beginning of the appointment, so still very puzzled, I asked her how long it would be. She said 30 minutes. I was genuinely confused -- 30 mins was the whole length of my appointment time, and she was JUST getting started with the previous client? It turns out that the client before me had arrived 30 mins late, and since they were there for a consultation as well, they had missed their ENTIRE appointment slot. Instead of handling it properly (calling me to let me know, asking them to come back after my slot, etc.), she basically just let them take over my appointment slot and asked me to wait. I would've understood if she had expressed a genuine, proactive apology., but she did not. Instead, she said a flippant "sorry" and said, "life happens." I expressed my frustration, and she remained dismissive. She asked if I wanted to come back. After driving through rainy traffic over a long distance, no, it would not have made sense to leave and come back. I waited until she was done with the previous clients. After they left, we discussed a bit what happened, and she asked me what I wanted to do about it. I said nothing, as we were just discussing the situation and I was just expressing my feelings. This was all in a very calm exchange. To extend an olive branch, I told her that I was sorry for being frustrated before but that I was surprised. To that, she lectures me, "you shouldn't have said things in front of a client." EXCUSE ME? First, talk about giving someone an inch and their taking a foot. Second, I am not your daughter or your employee. I am also a CLIENT, and one whose time YOU have wasted and disregarded. I told her I'm not the business owner and it wasn't my job to manage the a client's perception. At that point she said she couldn't do my appointment and gestured for me to leave. So basically she had me wait all that extra time and then refused to have the appointment. Thanks so much for wasting my time. Although her website claims that she's very open to feedback, she is clearly not, so beware. She really needs to be more logical and handle client appointment mishaps in better ways. She could've asked them to come back since they were the ones who were 30 mins late, rather than transferring their tardiness onto me. I think that she didn't want to do my appointment because as the previous clients were leaving (2 women), they said they wanted to get their eyebrows done after she was done with me. So basically it was easier for her to treat me badly and just have the ladies to come back instead, especially as they were just going over to the shopping center nearby while they waited. read more

If you're thinking of ways to reduce the daily routine of putting on make , try lip blush. It'll last for 2-3 years and the best part is you wake up with beautiful lips. TLDR services were amazing, Hailey is professional, knowledgeable and applies Korean technique, the salon is modern and clean, the place was easy to find, and I could trust in the result process. The salon is a couple blocks from Santana Row so it's pretty easy to locate. The location has an underground garage parking as well as street parking. Upon arrival Hailey greeted and explained the process thoroughly and the duration of the process, so I knew what to expect. 1. We first discussed the color choice. So I highly recommend showing her what color you want since every color is custom made by Hailey. 2. She outlines the shape and gets your consensus before she starts. She also uses Korean technique so it'll last longer. 3. The numbing process was in-between the deposit of the color (tattoos). This is done so it reduces the pain. I don't do well with pain so the more numbing the better. 4. After three hours meticulously working on my lips, I left with a vibrant lip color and my lips were plumped! It looked like I had lip fillers. It's like free lip fillers for two days. Now I know what my lips would look like if I ever got them done. Ok back to the color... She did mention that the color will not stay the same and will fade about 50% or so depending on your body, how often you reapply the ointment etc. 5. After care was easy. She gave me two ointments packages for me to reapply every two hours and went over the healing process for the next 6 weeks. 6. Follow up/ one free touch-up after 6 weeks. This is when she will go in and adjust the color for your final touch. Appointments can easily be made through just a phone call away.
