I've been going here for a few years now and I honestly always end up coming back because the quality is just so good. I've tried so many other lash places before, but this is one of the only places where my lashes actually retain really well and don't fall out super fast. This review is way overdue, but I'm still obsessed with my brows, so it had to be written! My sister recommended Nina to me earlier this year. I was hesitant at first because my sister has powder brows and I wanted something more natural like nano/microblading. She told me that Nina is a perfectionist who could do it all. After looking through inspo photos and Nina's IG, I decided to give it a shot, and WOW, I'm so glad I did! My sister said Nina would look at me like a painting, making sure every detail lined up perfectly. She wasn't kidding. Throughout the whole process, Nina would stop, study my brows with full concentration, and make tiny adjustments like an artist refining her masterpiece. You can tell she genuinely wants you to love your brows as much as she loves creating them. Also, I was 20 minutes late to my first appointment because of nightmare traffic driving down from Richmond. Nina was still so kind and patient, and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Six weeks later, I came back for the touch-up, she deepened the color a little, and it was perfect. My second appointment was in late June and I still love them 4+ months later. Nina mentioned that the lasting ability of the brows will vary depending on skin type (I have an oily T-zone), but whenever mine fade, I will 100% be returning to Nina. Also, Nina's prices are super reasonable for bay area too. Absolutely worth the drive. I would not trust anyone else with my brows! She is the best and I hope she never stops doing brows! I first got my lashes done here a few years ago, including a removal, and that experience went really well. However, when I came back a few weeks ago for a hybrid set, it was extremely uncomfortable. The lashes were applied too close to my eyelid, and the base kept poking and irritating my skin. On top of that, the glue burned my eyes even though they were closed the entire time. When I went to check out, the woman at the front lacked basic customer service skills, which made the experience even more disappointing. I later returned to get the lashes removed, expecting it to be as smooth as my first time, but it was just as uncomfortable. The person doing the removal kept burning my eyes (again, they were closed), and it got so painful that I had to ask him to stop so I could wash my eyes off in the bathroom myself. To make matters worse, the entire process felt very unsanitary. I'm not sure what changed since my first visit. read more

I started coming here in salon for 2 years now. Anne always does incredibly and awesome job for Lash lift and Tint. She recommended me to apply their Pointeye Advanced Dual eyelash Enhancer (sold in their Salons) for growth in the morning and Grande Lash Serum for Volumizer at night. It's works effectively that i don't have to avail the lash Tint. My eyelashes lifted last until 2-3months and still actually looks good even it get straighten after a while. read more

This technique is the combination of Microblading hair strokes with a hand tool and Powder/Ombré shading with a permanent make-up machine. The combination of both creates a very natural but still defined brow. I have no eyebrows. Well, I have very light, sparse eyebrows. So without any makeup, they are hardly visible. I had debated doing microblading, ombre shading, etc, for quite some time. Finally bit the bullet back in 2022 with the combo mentioned above. And boy, am I glad I did. One of the best things ever! Nina was my technician / eye brow person. She is very precise in measuring and advising. To this day, my brows are holding up well. The only critique is my brow bone sticks out more on one side, so if you use the measuring method, they look uneven. One of my brows has a more prominent tail than the other, so at times, I do extend one eyebrow when doing my makeup. Nina did try to make them even on the 2nd appointment (which is included in the rate), but I'm a perfectionist and can still see the difference. Doesn't bother me too much tho. I know they do lash services as well. May come back to try them out for lashes. read more
