Unfortunately, I was bleeding more then the first time and I had to return to Julie for a third time. She was amazing to do my eyebrows again which turned out great. Unfortunately, I bled a lot during the second session, which I believe affected the outcome of the color of my brows. (Not Julie's fault. She can't control my bleeding.) One side was darker than the other and I just wasn't satisfied. Julie checked up on my brows every month and probably sensed that I was satisfied with the results so she asked me to come back in for a third session for FREE. We discussed that because my hair is dark and damaged, it wouldn't be ideal to go super blond. Plus that it can't be achieved in one session. I'm glad she warned me of that. The complaints I have are that I asked for partial head which is $85 but I ended up being charged $35 more because she had to tone it. I would've expected this to be included but I just said whatever & went with it.... Also, I paid for a BB deep conditioning treatment. My hair is extremely fried and lifeless. It didn't really make much difference so I wouldn't get it again. She also didn't fully blow dry my hair- it was still a little wet when I left and she just put some product but didn't really style it at all. She said it was best to leave it curly but it just dried into a poofy mess. For what I paid, I would've liked to have it parted, straightened or some kind of cute style!

She is very responsive to inquiries that I had prior to booking. Her dates available are quite limited as she's doing part-time only but she is worth waiting for. She doesn't stack her schedule which allows her plenty of time to work her magic without ever making you feel like she has to rush through to see her next client. Trust me, when you are having work permanently done on your face, you don't want someone to rush through the work. She is very detailed and takes her time, letting you know what to expect and verbalizing her process. I'm not gonna lie, the healing process is brutal. I didn't want to be seen in public for a few days. There were times where I was unsure if certain things were normal but Tina was always nice enough to respond to my texts every time to reassure me.
