In the same shopping center as the bowling alley. There is ample parking. Really easy to find because it's right off of 152. My son has purchased a couple boards, has taken a few boards there to get grip tape installed and has bought some clothes from here. Everytime I have taken him the service has always been impeccable. The gentleman and lady are always so welcoming. The gentleman is very knowledgeable. Last week my son sent me there on my way home from work to pick up bearings cleaner. I know nothing about skateboards and the like nor do I pretend to. I'm probably the equivalent of that old skool example of a woman walking into a mechanic shop...you know the one. The one where it is assumed just because you're a woman you don't know anything and they can say a phalange is missing so in order to install that it's $99...lol! Yeah like that. Anyhow, my husband walked in and asked for bearings cleaner and Justin told him, look don't waste your money. Have your son look up Youtube videos and use rubbing alcohol, gasoline, etc to clean it after taking it a part and then use Speed Cream ($8). He totally could have up sold us and didn't. I so respect that. My son also follows their IG page and every time my son has messaged them, they've been very responsive. Totally recommend this place. There was one employee who was standing behind the counter with a customer, while another customer was on his speaker phone with what sounded like Tmobile customer service. When my husband and I walked in the lady behind the counter looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes while she was scrolling on a phone. She wasn't talking to the customer in front of her...just leaning on the counter scrolling. Never once did she say hello, be with you in a few minutes or ask what it is we were there for. I get it that they were closing at 8..but we literally went in to ask if we could make the purchase or just come back the following day. I guess long gone are the days of simple customer service or is that now considered old school and obsolete. Will make my purchase elsewhere.

The kid lied and charged me for both items and snuck in a box charger that I did not ask for. He charged me $57 for a phone case, $72 for a screen protector, and $37 for a box charger. He told me my total charge was for the remainder of the iPhone balance and taxes. He then failed to print me a receipt invoice (said he wasn't able to) so he emailed me the receipt which didn't get to my phone email until hours after I left the store and saw what I was charged for. When he set up the screen protector and case, he threw away the packaging which didn't bother me, until I went in to the store this morning to get things right and return the items I thought were free. I was unable to return the items because I did not have the packages for them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DANIEL A. I received my first months bill. over $300. and I was paying a monthly fee for the iPad. when I was told it would be for free. I was also never told that T-Mobile would not bill for 2 months. so I took the iPad back and told them I didn't want it. and said that I was told when I switched that everything that I was told when I switched was not what was in my bill. when angelica told me one thing, then bill time everything is not what was said. now here I . now am several months later later getting almost $200 a month phone bill.now I'm stuck in a contract for the time being.that I am not happy with at all.
