The 1-star (part 1): I now need an X-ray and am trying to reach someone--ANYONE--to get pricing ahead of time. All I get is AI and voicemail. The HCAHealthcare website claims to have pricing, but the facility locater page does not recognize any imaging centers in my state. So I go to the Contact Us page to ask about that, only to find the only contact information is for 9-1-1! WTF?!? The 1-star (part 2): I just received a bill in the mail for the CT scan. I had paid completely up front ($865). So why do I owe another $200? The invoice does not specify its for physician, radiologist reading, facility, supplies, or anything specific....just "CT"...that is sketchy. And the price of the "CT" before insurance adjustment is HALF of what I paid already. So seems to me they might owe *me* money.

Every single staff member was kind, compassionate and professional. The level of care our dog received was excellent. The communication was clear and consistent and we could always ask questions at any time. Dr. Chetney clearly cares about the animals under his care and he is very good at what he does. I would not hesitate for a moment recommending this practice and if we have to, go back. It's wonderful to know a practice like this exists. I can not say enough good things about this practice and we are forever grateful for everything Dr. Chetney and his wonderful staff did for us.

They could not reschedule me. This office has gone completely downhill since the owner died. My follow up visit was very important to ensure the issues that were seen before had not reappeared. It's clearly not important to them. I've requested my records and will go somewhere else from now on.
