Walked from the Hyatt. - super simple friendly security and ticket checkin. - clean bathrooms - good sight lines and sound from our seats in section 120. Minuses: - concessions were a bit expensive and in some cases really slow as the cashier tried to upsell at every opportunity. - sound system was actually a little too loud. - seat row markers are not very visible. - drink holder was broken on one seat. Overall, a decent venue for a concert ... less intimate than Columbia's Township Auditorium but much better than larger arenas. read more

Still a great arena! It's been updated in the last couple of years with new seats and concessions, including "markets" where you can shop for individual items. Pricey, but that's to be expected. Very sleek and clean, with lots of friendly employees around to help. The Swamp Rabbit season opener was a lot of fun, despite the loss. Parking is fairly easy in the area. Go now! read more

I attended the SEC WBB championship here on 03/09/25. This venue is cool and I didn't have any issues. I got in , located my seat and enjoyed the game! Concessions are high! I spent like $27 for a beer and popcorn. Thank God I didn't make it in time to get another beer before they shut down after halftime. I was kinda disappointed but at least it saved me some money! The restrooms were clean and there were many stalls so this made the lines flow faster. Huge plus! This isn't a large arena at all so I felt like there really wasn't any "bad" seats. Of course this is subjective but I was satisfied with my seat (Section 200, row F , seat 5). My first time at Bon Secours Wellness Arena was nice. I didn't have any issues and would attend events here again in the future. read more

Beer selection needs a wakeup call or a slap in the face with an anvil. No one drinks Budweiser and it is an insult for any patron that comes here for a show or sporting event. Regardless of their shortcomings, the food is wonderful even compared to big box arenas and service is top notch. I grabbed a Carolina brisket sandwich with gold sauce. It checked off all the boxes for taste and temperature. I even got in a couple laughs with the people running the cart. We came to see Dave Matthews Band and the Swamp Rabbits play all in the same week. Both events were enjoyable even the merch lines were super long. I can't justify spending $60 on a concert poster, $40 for a tour t-shirt or even $90 on a hoodie. Inflation is a whole other story and these prices are certainly ridiculous. The arena is easy to navigate. Cheap parking in and around the area. Give it a go! read more

Great venue! Parking wasn't bad at all. We just parked for $20 on a side street right by the stadium. Millions of places to eat and millions of places to get drinks. Plenty of restrooms. Good acoustics. Best concert ever! (Thank you Raskel Flatts). My only problem was buying a drink that was the size of two Dixie cups put together between $10-$20 a drink. However... Honestly, just a great arena to go see an event! This past weekend we took a little day trip down the road from NC to that other little Greenville in South Carolina to watch a college basketball tournament. This was my first time in Greenville, SC in a long time and we had a great time. They have done a fantastic job with growing the city, great places to eat downtown, and an awesome little arena right in town! Getting to the arena , at least coming from the North on 85 could not have been easier. The highway into downtown just runs into the arena essentially and there was plenty of parking available within walking distance. Getting into the arena was just as easy and all of the employees we dealt with were very nice! They have a great assortment of concessions for a small arena and had a lot of different areas, so even at a more crowded event I think it would handle the crowd just fine. The set up inside is about what you would expect but they had comfortable seats and being as small as it is, I would not think any seats would really be bad! I would certainly come back to an event here and think the city of Greenville has done a great job with the arena as well as the surrounding downtown! read more

The Bi-Lo Center/ The Bone Scores Wellness Center/ The Well is loud, crowded, and has the acoustics of an alarm clock stereo playing in a warehouse-sized toilet. I don't mean if there was a dirty, communal, open-stall no-door toilet inside of a warehouse. I mean if the toilet was as big as a warehouse and you were in it. All you can hear is the flushing. That is what it sounds like. So, it's perfect for your next concert! But good news: they have Bojangles- well, kind of. Imagine buying a Bojangles sandwich, taking it home, waking up from your bender, listening to Linda Ronstadt, reheating the sandwich in your toaster oven, and then trying to chew through it like a trapped animal gnawing through its good foot. But yeah, they have good parking. You just have to walk there from downtown. I always feel good about buying a ticket to the Bi-Lo Center. And then I always have a walk of shame on my way home. This concert was sold out-packed with Rock and Roll lovers of 1970's and 1980's music. Concessions are expensive but abundant all around the arena. read more

I've attended a variety of events at the BS arena, the well, the bon secours, whatever you choose to call it it's the downtown Greenville arena. From sports games to concerts to conferences they all run smoothly and efficiently. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is ok, gotta love the hockey game beer and junk food specials but I think there's room to improve on the food and drink side of things. The signage inside is ok but can be confusing since this is a big circle. The parking is basically non-existent and this is the biggest hurdle in attending an event here. Ideally get someone to drop you off, Lyft or Uber. The nearby lots city owned and private double or quadruple prices during events. read more

I attended the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament at the arena last week. There is a lack of handicapped bathrooms at the arena. Several times we saw elderly and disabled people being helped by family/friends trying to access a handicapped or family restroom. What little we saw were almost hidden away. Very poor signs and difficult access. Otherwise, the arena is ok. Except they sell Pepsi products and not Coke. read more

Nice arena in downtown Greenville area. Clean and everything is spread out. Close to several hotels and we stayed at one that was walking distance so right after our concert it was a few minutes and we were out of there. All the sections and floor sections were easy to get to. Food and drink options were plenty and had grab and go options which were a first to see for me! i had a really pleasant experience with this arena while camping out for a show recently. I camped out for 2 days, staff and security were attentive to all campers and worked with us to maintain safety and organization. The arena itself was lovely, stage was close to barricade, water readily available for everyone in the pit. Lots of food and bar options so the lines were never super long. Love love love going to shows or games here. I've been to a hockey game, Cirque du Soleil, and the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert here. Thought I would be elbow to elbow with the crowd trying to get in and out but it actually went pretty smoothly. Thank you to three different entrances and the security guards get you in pretty quick after checking your bags. PSA - sometimes they do get strict about having a clear bag or a small enough purse. The arena is decently big and plenty of concessions. So glad to see they had more than your usual hot dog, nachos and pretzels. They have a stand with BBQ, Moe's, Pizza Hut, and for dessert funnel cakes and Dip n dots. There's also tons of beer and wine concession stands. read more

The place itself is great but I was very disappointed that the cash I brought, that I saved up to take my family out with, I could not use. Your cashless policy along with your self check out and difficult food kiosks that did not work properly (wouldn't respond to touch very well) is the reason I will not be attending another event at your area. The clear bag policy needs to be communicated to patrons who are coming to an event here. This policy is utter bullshit and ruined what would have been a great evening. Instead, my family and I missed half of the cirque du soleil show due to having to uber back home to return purses, and then ubering back to this subpar facility. I received a plethora of emails leading up to the show, and not a single one of them mentioned anything about not being able to take a purse into the event center. To top it off, the security staff was unnecessarily rude during the whole ordeal and accused me of sending myself an email to attempt to circumvent the bag policy. They have this ridiculous policy of no handbags in the Arena. I had tickets to Cirque du Soleil and nowhere when you buy the ticket it warns you about this policy. I arrived there in a taxi and by no means they would let me go in with my small handbag. They said that if I could not put it somewhere outside, I could not come in. Security personnel were so rude. I had to take my stuff out and literally throw my handbag into the garbage can, as I was not going to be the reason my entire family would miss the show. So the ridiculous no bags policy cost me the $400 for the tickets and $100 for the handbag!!! Awful experience! read more

Saw Monster Jam here a few weeks back. Great show! Perhaps too small for monster trucks (I heard the drivers hate this stadium because of the limited space) but still enjoyable! Concessions are high but that's as to be expected. The Moe's is definitely not genuine Moe's. The service fees for online ticket purchases are staggering and borderline robbery. $80 worth of $20 tickets turned into $200 after all their processes fees and taxes. Thieving bastards. What an awesome venue! So we bought tickets for a UFC event and based on the map of the seats, I thought we would be like two levels up. The seats were better than I thought! I think there should be a short video of the setup in there to help people out that have never been there. But anyway, there were plenty of helpful and nice staff. The bathrooms were kept clean which is amazing considering the volume of people going in and out. The drink prices were crazy, $10 for a cup of Bold Rock Cider! But I anticipated that as such places are usually priced higher. It was really easy to find our seats. They had a few different food options like Moes and Bojangles that I thought were pretty cool for the place, we didn't eat there though. We had the best time. I will say I felt bad for the staff that had to clean up since although there were trash cans placed everywhere, we saw so many people put trash under their seats and on the floor, even though they kept getting up to get more stuff and passed trash cans every time!! We found $6 parking in a lot right behind the arena and had a perfect entrance. I couldn't believe people were paying $30 at other lots. We would definitely go to another event here. read more

Things I like... $6 parking deck thats super close to the venue. Greenville traffic is awesome compared to Atlanta, took no time to get in and out. No bad seat in the house, due to the size of the arena the view is good anywhere. So yeah, its great. read more

I came here for a Greenville Swamp Rabbits hockey game with the family while visiting, and I had so much fun! Granted, security were a bit of sticklers on small purses, which I thought was overkill, but other than that I was impressed with the "Hoppy Hour" food and prices, as well as the atmosphere of the game. We were able to find our seats reasonably, and we had no issues with the other patrons around us. In fact, I'm pretty sure we didn't sit in our exact assigned seats, but he people around us didn't seemed bothered or offended. Ticketmaster is the reigning king of ticket purchasing, so unfortunately you will have to pay copious amounts of money for fees and services that I'm pretty sure we don't use while we are there. read more

My mom and I were here recently to see Kelly Clarkson preform. We had front row seats and It was a blast. My mom flew in from out of town. It's been a good long while since I've seen her. I live in Charlotte. It was a very quick and easy drive. No issues on that front. Parking here was spot on. There was a parking deck around the corner. It was $6 to park. Took about 2 minutes to walk to the arena. Inside of the arena was very clean and well presented. This is one of the smallest arenas I have been to. The staff working the venders were extremely friendly. All of the staff who were there to help point you in the right direction were super friendly. I don't think we met a single rude staff member! That's rare to come by. The restrooms were very clean. Throughout the duration of the event, they did get dirty but that shouldn't be shocking. Love the seating layout. Would definitely come here to see another concert. read more

I took my 90 year old mother to a concert. She is feeble so we used her wheel chair. I cant say enough for how terrific the facility and staff were to us and for us!! We parked in handicapped parking for $5. This put us right at the door with ramps anywhere needed. Once inside they swapped our tickets and put us in wheel chair seats that were a great terrific view. Helped us locate the restroom, and officer offered to help clear a path as I pushed her down the hall. It truly was so well worked out for us and fell into place like a dream. Would love to rate higher. But worst sound system I have ever heard. Great seats and Easy to find and okay parking. Vendors for food and drink not so good. Food mediocre and overpriced. A Friend of ours got a cup it was supposed to be refillable all day long for the section, I can't remember which day it's was, Went to get it refilled and they were told they were no longer refilling those drinks. So I would say the cup that she bought that was refillable was a complete rip off. I'll be back to see girls basketball playoffs next year. I will not use the vendors.
