I knew that was incorrect because this establishment is open later than that. I arrived in person at 9:34 PM and the parking lot was full. When I walked in, I was immediately asked how many were in my party. I explained I wanted to order to go and was directed to the bar, where another employee took my order with no issue and even apologized, confirming they do not close at 9:30. While waiting, I observed multiple employees sitting around doing nothing, which made it very clear that the refusal to take my phone order had nothing to do with closing time and everything to do with laziness and them sitting around doing a bunch of nothing! After receiving my food, I asked to speak with a manager. When I explained what happened, the manager dismissively said, "We stop taking phone orders at 9:30," even though my call was before 9:30. When I pointed that out, she simply said "sorry about that" and walked away--no concern, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue. I spent almost $30 of my hard-earned money here and was treated as if my business didn't matter at all. This was extremely unprofessional service from both staff and management. I considered returning my food, but instead I've decided to never return and to warn others. I will be letting my friends, family, co workers on the base, and social media know about my experience! There are plenty of places that appreciate their customers. This isn't one of them. Shitty service!
