She also didn't ask about or focus on any priority areas. On my end, my therapist was professional, but the massage did not meet expectations. Despite clearly communicating three priority areas (left foot, back, and neck), my feet were not addressed at all, and my back received little to no actual massage--mostly just light hot stone movements. The overall pressure was far lighter than requested. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, which was disappointing given the occasion.

They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. Although my monthly membership is very reasonable, and I can choose to apply my credits towards both massages and facials, I prefer to apply them towards massages because I have a greater need for relieving my back, neck and shoulder pain.
