My masseuse as Marlene and she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. After checking in for my appointment I was taken to a nice "locker room" type situation for lack of better words. You can claim a locker to place your belongings and then change into a robe and sandals provided for you. The room was dim and warm with a changing room, bathroom, and shower. Then you go to a waiting area with heated neck pillows where you wait to be called back. Marlene did an excellent job with my massage and I felt very relaxed. I got a prenatal massage and my masseuse was very nice and followed the instructions I had put on my survey before hand. The inside is definitely more luxurious than the outside and I was pretty impressed. However, as a first timer to massages the front desk staff left me in the locker room with lots of questions. When I tell you Spavia's Signature Massage and Signature Facial did me and hubbae allllll the way right, believe me! I didn't even NEED to get the deep tissue. The devil is in the details (and customer experience), so booking was seamless, paperwork to customize our experience was electronic and I submitted before my appt. Sure if submitted more in advanced my experience would have been even more customized, but now they have me on file for future sessions. Loved the changing room with lush robes, shoes, and shower, if needed. LOVED the cozy relaxation room in between sessions and option for tea or water after each one. They were professional, pampering, and focused on my requests. I had to wear a mask at all times except during the facial, but I didn't mind. The brief moments of not being able to breathe properly bc of massage pressure was worth it. :-) If you are in need of a mini getaway from your busy day to relax and be pampered, please check them. I've had my Spavia membership for a few months now and I love it! If you're looking for recommendations: Christina gives the best facials! She's so knowledgeable and can really help you learn about your skin. Makayla gives great waxes! Love how attentive and efficient she can be! And she always has great convo! Helps take your mind off of the pain of the wax haha Joseph and Tony are great if you need a firm, deep massage and Sophia gives a great Detox Body Wrap I can't forget the manager Tamar. She is so sweet and friendly. I love when she's in when I visit. The best part about this membership is: even if you get busy one month and don't make it, your unused service rolls over. Being greeted by a warm and welcoming staff along with the calm, dark and quiet atmosphere quickly filled me with a sense of calm serenity. The men's dressing room was clean and comfortable, as was the room in which I waited for my aesthetician to meet me for my appointment. The cool, comfortable chairs coupled with my choice of beverage while waiting was indeed quite lovely. I would like to note that I walked into my appointment with a nervous disposition due to the fact that a stranger would undoubtedly be examining my pores closely. However, my apprehension was swiftly washed away when my aesthetician, Julianna, took me to the room in which I would be receiving my facial and massage. Made an appt here for my bff and myself. I knew after her wedding this past weekend, we would both NEED some relaxation time to ourselves. I hit the jackpot finding this place on yelp! I'm from SoCal so I had some research to do before I came out here. So glad I found it because WOW!!! For a new spot, this place is crackalackin'!! At first I only booked a massage for myself and my bff. Then, the day before, I called in to see if I could add in a facial and hand or foot treatment for each of us. They were kind enough to accommodate us both and we did all the pre-check in paperwork online via email, so once we checked in, all we had to do was go into the locker room to change into their cozy robes and flip flops. I forgot the name of the lady who did my facial, but she was nice and my face felt amazing afterwards!! Then there was the hand/foot treatment also done by her and man, did it feel NICE to just enjoy every minute... My final treatment was the massage, performed by Zack. This guy has 4 hands!!! I swear it felt like he was able to get his hands all over my back and not miss a spot. When it was over I asked if he had any fingernails because it felt like he has nubs the entire time which felt strangely satisfying, lol. Overall, this is a MUST if you're in the area and I would go again but I'm sad because I'm flying back to Cali tomorrow. Please open up shop in the Inland Empire which is where I'm from!!! This is going to be a problem. I had my first Spavia experience and it was everything. I did the special - massage and signature facial and maybe I just got lucky with two extremely talented individuals but they got it right. Both the massage therapist and aesthetician were named Sydney (apologies for spelling) and I felt sooo good and refreshed leaving the spa. The spa has the right aroma, ambience, serene music, and unbelievably soft and cozy robes. But these two ladies were what won me over. Sydney knew just how to work on those knots in my shoulders and back ensuring the pressure was perfect for me while the other Sydney did her magic with her fingers ever so gently prancing around my face like fairy dust destined to make me look younger with the glass and glowy skin I yearn for. And on top of that, I appreciate that the forms I filled out were acknowledged and followed through as for my music and fragrance preferences. I can't wait to go back. I NEED to go back!! Love Love Love...where do I begin showing the love. My sister and I went to Spavia for a sister's day. We didn't know what to expect as this was our 1st visit. The front desk ladies were so helpful, they took us to our lockers and we changed into big, fluffy robes and went to visit and relax in the ladies lounge. We 1st went and had our facials done. Normally I come out of a facial all blotchy and red but not this time. When I walked out my sister freaked out. My face and skin looked so good, in fact, we both think it looked significantly fresher than when I walked in. We were shocked and of course, I was so pleased. Next we went and had our massages. My sis like hard core, use your elbows and everything and work it out. I like a pat, like a very light rub. We couldn't be more opposite. We both walked out after our massages saying "It was the best massage we have ever had" and that is shocking because it's usually one or the other is happy, since we are so different. And the prices, very reasonable and affordable for anyone. I love massages and love the detox they offer but I'm a busy, working mom and I need my dollars to work for me and at Spavia, they do! If I could give this place a zero I would. Facial tech Makayla is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. This business lets her do whatever she wants. She cancelled an appointment for a facial and they didn't notified me. My boyfriend and I have been members for a year and the service at this place just became unacceptable. Management needs to do something different disciplining the staff or they will continue to lose customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more

Absolutely terrible. They had to cancel and appointment I booked for my wife. They called her 15 mins before her appointment to cancel while she was in the parking lot! Because they say arrive 15 mins prior to your massage. They don't even own their mistakes. You'll also receive 15 emails to confirm your appointment that will just be canceled on arrival. This place obviously doesn't care about your business and treating their clients properly. read more

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I went in today for an essential facial and massage and I was able to work with Cynthia and Christina! For my massage we ended up doing deep tissue and it makes a difference! For my facial I had several concerns including folliculitis and hyperpigmentation. First time visit on a Saturday was total $110 (including tip) for a FACIAL! Professional staff, amazing relaxing environment! Brandee did my facial- I highly recommend if you're a member or want to join a membership go to her. It felt AMAZING and I was actually able to relax! Overall it was too expensive for me personally. This was my first time visiting Spavia. I hadn't had a facial for some time due to covid and just having a baby so I was hesitant. To start off the receptionist over the phone and in person was very kind and helpful so very professional. They begin with the Essential facial at $59 and basically do an assessment of your face while doing this signature facial. They ask (via the forms) what kind of music/atmosphere you prefer, if you would like hot tea or water, what types of creams you'd prefer according to your skin type and it's very thorough but for good reason. I had Makayla (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) and she was so sweet and professional. Very helpful and did a wonderful- no, badass job! It was 60 minutes, but she also used steam, did extractions and massage of face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Everything was perfect! My face feels so much better and she gave me great feedback for my face treatment with absolutely NO pressure to purchase any products they had. She basically told me what I should use (vitamin C and non-alcoholic toner (I was using witch hazel). I think I even snored at one point lol. It was amaze-balls. Ultimately I've had better massages, and I used a groupon so $30 was an absolute steal. Everyone was kind enough and there was no pressure on me from any salespeople. I'm not sure I'd return for full price based on my one massage experience, but I'd be willing to give it another go if it came up. read more
