I'm sorry it took me so long to write a review here! I was looking back over some of the…read moreinformation from our sessions to discuss with a friend just now, and was reminded how transformational this process with you was for my daughter and I. It has been about two years I think at this point, and I am still talking about what a helpful turning point your support was during a challenging time. My daughter and I have been through unbelievable and tragic/chaotic life circumstances at times since, and are still overall both doing really well and connecting in health ways - living our best lives in a weird world! I am technically an expert in all of this, and was still just struggling, so I cannot give enough positive and true feedback on this process with you. Thanks again for everything, and figured better late than never, lol!

The idea here is that parenting is more of a self-centric (and partner-centric) exercise; throughout the program, Cassidy was responsive, flexible and very empathetic. What it does is give you a framework for how to make decisions about parenting. It fills in knowledge gaps around what our kids need. The content from Jai Institute for Parenting is good, but honestly it's Cassidy that makes the whole thing worthwhile. If you're at the point where you're even exploring a "parenting coach" then working with Cassidy may be exactly what you're looking for.

I also did some of their prenatal circles and will be doing their post partum circle soon. Always a fun mix of women who go there, and I know the business can't control who signs up for classes but I wish more POC women and couples went. My first circle it was very intimidating being the only POC there.

Brighid was our course instructor, and she was super knowledgable, open and supportive to all types of relationships, birthing plans, and wasn't overly dogmatic by recommending a "one size fits all" approach to this very dynamic process. She was experienced and knowledgeable, answered our questions, gave recommendations, resources, and context, and we could not be happier with the experience. The office was quiet, clean, free from distractions, and the environment was comfortable and inviting. My wife had a few fears/concerns about being a first time mother, but after the class she's feeling much more comfortable now that she's equipped with so much context and information. Overall this was a fantastic experience and anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and is looking for a bit of guidance and support should seek this place out. Thank you Brighid!

Koreans take postpartum care very seriously because we believe it can impact your health long-term,…read moreso spending my first two weeks at a postpartum care center was an absolute must for me. I found Zette through a close friend who had stayed there twice and loved both experiences. I checked in three days postpartum, and Zette was exactly what I needed to recover after 30+ hours of labor that ended in a C-section. The incredible staff provided round-the-clock care for my newborn, allowing me to truly rest. They taught me the basics of newborn care as a first-time mom, which gave me some confidence before I went home. Most importantly, the food was nutritious and delicious that I cleared every tray, which I believe helped my milk supply. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, and every staff member genuinely cared for my baby like their own. Honestly, the entire team was an absolute godsend. I'm grateful I chose Zette and would definitely return for my next baby!

MY SECOND STAY After…read morehaving my first baby, I already knew how valuable postpartum care and support could be, so when baby #2 arrived, coming back to Zette felt like the right choice. The 선생님들 were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. The food, 24/7 newborn care, and overall support were wonderful and allowed me to focus on my own recovery during such a special and important time. It was especially meaningful to see some of the same 선생님들 again this time around. I'm so grateful I found Zette and had the opportunity to experience it twice with both of my babies. Having a comfortable place where I could focus on recovering and bonding with my newborn made such a big difference. Highly recommend Zette to any mom looking for a postpartum care center in Los Angeles!
