About a week after my original review someone from customer service called to buy my silence by replacing the defective product and ask me to take down my negative review. Regretfully, replacing a product that should have been replaced the first time is not going to buy my silence and I am not going to take down my review. After speaking to the customer service manager for about 30 minutes he offered to replace the product and made me feel like he was doing me a HUGE favor by shipping it for free via UPS. (*Note to Manger. That should have been done for free the first time I called) Well a few days later I got the product and it looked like someone was pissed that they had to send me a replacement. The packaging was clearly an old trashed box that had been used 15 times.Instead of bubble wrap or some sort of padding they wrapped the LED baton in about 50 feet of old dirty torn plastic wrap used to wrap boxes on a pallet for shipping. To say it was nasty dirty was putting it lightly. I'm sorry Nightlife Supplier, I'm still never going to buy from you. Your customer service policies are terrible, the way you handled the situation was poor, and the end result was not a good one. Over all a terrible experience.

There is no air conditioning and it's a bit dusty, but I honestly don't mind it. You get what you need and you get out. You can even place your order online and it's sometimes ready for pick-up the same day! They also offer shipping. Cashiers are always in a good mood and super friendly. I mainly buy balloons here (Tuftex are the best and you can't find them anywhere else in south florida) and they will even fill them with helium for a small fee. Follow them on instagram because that is where they let you know about restocks/one-off items.

Like for the piñata, so I wanted to see things in person. This was our first time there. I was expecting a place sort of like Home Depot. I had read about it being dusty, but my hand were disgusting. Luckily, I had a water bottle in the car to wash up and hand sanitizer to boot. Not sure how this could affect those with allergies or asthma. They barely had any of the Disney Princess stuff that was listed online. I walked the entire warehouse. They did have some other themed items, so your miles may vary. I would say that I would probably only go back for generic stuff. They have pretty much most colors available. Plus many balloons. We went on a weekday, so it wasn't very busy. Except for people that were buying several cartloads. Of course, I got stuck behind them at checkout. The cashier was friendly & upbeat.

I'm sure this business makes great balloon bundles + delivers on time, but no other business employee has ever made me feel more stupid, confused, and uneasy during the entire process. First, my colleague emailed them twice last week. No answer, so she asks me to call. First call goes to voicemail as I get a text message at the exact same time saying "please text us instead". I call again because I'd prefer to place an order over the phone (which I think would have prevented this whole issue entirely). Someone answers and goes "Hi please send us a text message!" and hangs up on me before I could even finish speaking. So I place the order over text, goes smooth, but we did have a few changes before finalizing it.There was a point where miscommunication happened on how payment works and I expressed I was confused. And this is where things got bad - he started telling me HE was confused, texting me saying "did you reply? you never did." He told me, verbatim, "I have the best communication there is". How can you say that when I'm literally just expressing to you that as a paying customer, I am confused on the process. He literally told me I have nothing to be confused about - since when do employees get to decide that for customers? The best part is he THEN calls me - to yell at me more about how his communication is perfect and how I'm the problem! I was kind of laughing at one point because I was baffled that this man just had to be right so badly, he wanted to call me and tell me I'm wrong. The amount of attitude I felt via text message was shocking. Again, I understand there was definitely a miscommunication, but never in my life have I been spoken to this way from a business employee. And pro tip: take orders over the phone. Putting customers into situations where they only text is a recipe for disaster. (The employee will argue that he tried calling me a few times, but note that was only when he wanted my credit card payment). A message to the man I spoke to on the phone: YOU DO NOT TALK TO PEOPLE THAT WAY. It's rude and embarrassing. I've worked 10+ years in the service industry, and I've never ONCE let my ego of being right interfere with business and keeping a customer happy. Customer service 101. You should take a class.
