He never confirmed that he received my text so I called him again, and he told me that he had me down for pickup on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The day rolled around, and there was no one at the location. Upon calling him, the gentleman was apologetic, but had to take the crew out for a delivery. We agreed on a time for my return, and when I returned he was not there. When I called again, he did not pick up the phone. I called Moe's Party Rental, which is not located too far away, and placed an order which they immediately reserved for me and had ready for pickup. Maybe this place works better with deliveries, but if you want my advice - go elsewhere.

Claudia's rentals was very responsive and flexible. We had originally ordered a bunch of stuff for…read moreour wedding then later realized our venue required us to use their tables and chairs so we had to quickly pivot. Although Claudia's does not offer refunds (which is unfortunate but they made that very clear when we originally ordered) they did let us reallocate the funds to the rehearsal dinner and other items. They worked with us to make sure everything was perfect and arrived on time. Drop off and pick up was seamless. Only negative I would say is that the chairs were a little small and if you have a very large person, I am not sure it would hold their weight. The napkins were also a bit flimsy. However, for the price, you can't really do better.
