The Home Depot's and Lowe's of the world have been killing then off but I do want to say that although the bigger stores have a lot of everything, it is the local hardware stores that carry and can you get you the niche screws, bolts or other items you can never get at the larger chain stores. This particular store has always been great and if they don't have it they can get it for you. Additionally, the customer service is excellent and the staff are always more than happy to help out. I have always been an advocate of supporting local businesses and would highly recommend stopping by and checking them out if you need anything for the house or any projects you may be working on as well. I own and operate a car carrier business and I send one of…read moremy drivers there as I have done in the past to purchase a bolt. the customer service as per him was absolutely horrible. he was treated with a bad attitude. I contacted their location manager Laura and instead of apologizing for their behavior basically called my employee a liar. good customer service is measured by your customers not by the employees. what counts is what kind of service your customers think you are providing. They also have a $10 minimum fee and by visa and mastercard there is no minimum. you should be able to purchase an item for less than that and our purchase should not be denied because we don't meet the $10 minimum. this is an agreement that as a merchant you have. There is no minimum with a debit card. I will plan to report this company to them. ultimately this company needs to retrain their employees on customer service and care.! DR Abreu
