I was very impressed with the service that he gave and the professionalism that he displayed. The piano I fell in love with sounds amazing, feels great and is just stunning! We had been to three dealers that day. He definitely set himself apart from the other places I visited without being disrespectful of other piano showrooms. The previous all put down Steinway and each other. That's just bad business in my opinion. There's room for everyone in any business. Everyone has a different class of elegance.
