I had been in a couple of places that day while shopping with a friend for an upright. My friend didn't want to go into the Steinway location because she said it would be too expensive. Well, I beg to differ! After spending time with Steve, I learned why a Steinway piano made today verses used and pre-owned is by far the best piano on the market. I was very impressed with the service that he gave and the professionalism that he displayed. The piano I fell in love with sounds amazing, feels great and is just stunning! We had been to three dealers that day. He definitely set himself apart from the other places I visited without being disrespectful of other piano showrooms. The previous all put down Steinway and each other. That's just bad business in my opinion. There's room for everyone in any business. Everyone has a different class of elegance. Some people don't have any! That's the difference! That's my point! I'm now taking piano lessons and will buy a Steinway next year when I move into my new home. He is engaging, encouraging and so so nice (not to mention talented). My youngest took drums and made incredible progress. both of my children got to play in a rock band where they were paired with other students so they combine their talents. In the past, I've heard many performances by QMA rock bands formed with their students. They can really feel their accomplishments. I see many students coming to other lessons there. if interested, I highly recommend the QMA for learning music.

I highly recommend this school - and would definitely re-enroll my kids if we had more time!
