If you know anything about animals you've surely heard of it- there are even tv commercials for it. I was just trying to buy local. But I guess not. I called and they told me that they only had one left in stock and that they'd hold it for me. I arrived mid-day on a Tuesday and the place was quite busy. I met two resident cats and picked up my bandage. It looks like they have all sorts of food and anything you'd need. I was more concerned about getting home then browsing but the lady behind the counter was quite nice and we chatted about cats & traveling with them, I will return and if you're looking for something specific, they might just have it!

I made my first visit about a week or two ago. The self serve dog wash set up is updated compared to other locations. The shampoo and conditioner are now diluted into the hose for a more even application. There was an unpleasant smell to the dog wash area. The smell isn't foul enough to stop me from coming and using the wash though, given it's still effective and the location is convenient for me. I will also note that the blow drier is less powerful than other locations. It's also quieter, but for my specific needs I would have preferred the higher power to the less noise.

The staff was extremely friendly and instantly took time meeting our dog and took her in for their evaluation to see what area of play she would do best in. Due to her low energy demeanor the staff felt that she could do well with both the large dogs and small ones as well. The interior and exterior looked very nice and welcoming. We arrived on the weekend and the location was not overly busy. We will definitely come back again given the great service!

I watched my dogs on the camera the entire time and saw they were locked away in a smaller separate kennel from all the other dogs in daycare. They were visibly panting and stressed watching other dogs play as they couldn't. I felt heartbroken watching that. We sent multiple emails and tried to call with no communication. We understand our dogs are rowdy sometimes & can be a little crazy, but would like to have been notified if they weren't suitable for this daycare immediately so we could have picked them up. I feel like we paid these people to stress my dogs out. I was home that day and my dogs could've stayed home with me but I wanted them to get a day of play. We paid for daycare so they could play with other dogs, and we did not receive that service we paid for. I'd avoid this place. We previously boarded here as well, and my dogs were also never to be seen on camera then and was informed they were "rotated" when we reached out to ask where they were and how they did. They came home pretty stressed with higher energy levels which was unlike them after boarding when we board elsewhere. I watched pretty closely at cameras at that time too and I do not believe they were rotated then, because I now know for a fact they were not rotated into daycare the last time we paid for daycare. This was confirmed by a staff member upon pick up. We expressed our disappointment and reached out multiple times and have received no communication. Overall, the lack of communication is what is most disturbing to me. It's fine if my dogs are not suitable for this daycare, but it's not okay to never get a call about it and have them locked away for hours and charge us for a day of daycare. Just beware to those that have higher energy breeds.

I specifically noted that my Dog was NOT to have joint playtime. When I went to go visit her on Christmas day I found her outside early in the morning w chilly temperatures without her sweater which I left (She only weighs 9 pounds) with not one but two other dogs, one male who was on top of her - As I approach the office door This employee by the name of Desiree, - who hopefully will not be an employee much longer to keep the good name of this establishment - came out with an angry look saying "we are closed - You can't be here!!" This after I was told by the owner Jeremiah upon check-in two days prior that the hours would be 8-11 and 3-5 on Christmas Day to stop in and check on my Dog. My dog is only two years old and it's the first time that she is away. The only reason I boarded her is that we were staying at the nearby Biltmore which does not allow Dogs and they did mention this establishment along with two others. I chose this location. Primarily Because of Amy/Katy/Jeremiah However, with it being the holiday season looks like the most non tenure employees were left to tend the shop The place as a whole is a good location. However, this particular employee gives the entire place a bad name - she hopefully will be removed from the premises to restore. It's good name
