There's the owner right up there sweating away with the workers. You don't see that to often. So the estimate came in way under the other estimates I had. Ast least $1000. He offererd MORE and better options than any of the others. He went over ways to keep the attic cooler, keep the a/c running less. When those points were brought up with the other roofers they all told me, plan on adding $2000 to the job and for what its saving you it's not worth it. Not worth it to them that is. ha!
