The restaurant was a bit hit or miss for me. The location is great on the Naval Dockyard and is very convenient for tourists seeking a bite. The staff are also very friendly. My wife had the grilled shrimp and it was seasoned nicely. I stole a few and enjoyed every bite. I had avocado fries and it was a fail. It was soft avocado inside a fried crispy shell. I highly don't recommend it. I tried the shinizzle, which was their variation of the popular swizzle Bermudian drink, and was underwhelmed. It was my third attempt at this drink so far and my least satisfying. The fruity flavors were fine but it was very light on the rum. For a drink that costs $15+, at least be a little more generous with the liquor. So for me this is a great location, look and feel - but the jury is out on the food and beverage quality. read more

Usually go to the place around the corner or Wahoo's in St. George's ... but thought I'd mix it up this time. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating with fans ... sat at indoor bar area as outdoor bar was full. Tried their version of the Bermuda Fish Chowder ($12) and it was a winner! After the requisite rum and sherry peppers ... it was super tasty with chunks of fish very noticeable. Paired with their Rum Swizzle - The Fishizzle ($22 w. glass or $16 without) ... so good. The location is by the Cruise Ship dock. In the evening the place remains open til late, when almost everything else is closed. They serve all the drinks you expect from a bar restaurant. What I recommend is the fish and chips, the fish is perfectly crunchy and tastes fresh. The Wahoo bites are good, almost tastes like Mahi Mahi, a great way to introduce yourself to this fish. We were so happy this place was open on a rainy Sunday during the big remodeling time. We just stopped in for a drink while we waited for the ferry. Place was packed due to folks from giant cruise ship trying to get out of the rain when nearly the whole town was shutdown. $30 for a beer and a Prosecco on tap. Right off the cruise ship terminal. This place is great to stop in and have a great meal. I started with the mussels that were in this awesome tasting and just the right amount of spicy sauce. It had rather strange American feel but it attracted a few locals, who seemed to attend the venue to catch on their gossip and check on the skimpily dressed cruise passengers. We had an overnight in Bermuda on our cruise and decided to go here for a drink. We sat outside & Jimmy took great care of us. He was super friendly & accommodating and wanted to make sure we all enjoyed our time, which we absolutely did. Don't get this Bone Fish Bar & Grill confused with the Bone Fish Grill that we all know & love with the bang bang shrimp. This establishment is in Bermuda, within walking distance from where both Royal Caribbean & Disney Cruise ships dock. So while in Bermuda we paid this place a visit, not for the food, but for cocktails, music & dancing. Let me say, the music did not disappoint. We danced & had a great time, there was no cover charge & when out with 15 other people you are bound to have a good time or make a good time happen. Let's talk about the drinks...We all thought our drinks tasted pretty good, but a few of us did not taste the alcohol, namely me. I'm not a lush, but time and time again I enjoy a good cocktail & especially while on vacation, I love a drink that does not taste like alcohol, but you know it's there when you stand up. Believe me I did not even have a slight buzz, that's a problem. Then you have the food, which I did not eat but a few friends were disappointed with the appetizers that were ordered, so since I didn't try anything I won't elaborate further, after all this is my review, not my friends. Now finally let's talk about the DJ, he was definitely a crowd motivated, the music was a great mixture of Reggae & American & some Spanish/Caribbean. So you will find this place out at the Naval Dock Yard, I understand that it is very popular when the cruise ships dock. As there were no cruise ships in on this day it was not very busy. I can't comment on the food as on this day the kitchen was not open until 18:00hrs. The bar was open and the bar staff very friendly and engaging. They have some tv's and were showing some football so it wasn't a bad place to have a beer (or 2) and take in some footy. The staff did recommend the food, and why wouldn't they, all I can say the service was good and it had a friendly atmosphere. read more

I ordered the nachoes and the one of a kind bruschetta. The nachoes did not disappoint. The chips were thin and crispy and the ratio of toppings to chip was perfect. The meat sauce is to die for. However, when it came to the bruschetta it was lacking. Although it may look good it doesnt taste amazing. If you want a good bruschetta I'd reccomend going to the frog and the onion instead. Prices are high, but it's right next to we're the cruise ships dock in dockyard so they are really just catering to ship people. Didn't find them allergen friendly.
