Knew Seth from Florida and visiting him in Seattle. I am surprised he does not have a farm with 10 dogs yet. He started at the SPCA. He took training in order to foster dogs. He was calm and quiet and would go in the pen and sit with the dog until the dog was ready to come to him and he would put on the leash and they would walk. He fostered all kinds of dogs. He took very good care of them and if they needed medical attention he was good to make sure that they got better. He would take the dogs to the adoption events himself so that he could tell people about the dogs. He walked dogs and pet sit for various people in the neighborhood where he lived. He was always very loving and seemed to have a way with the animals. He just had to keep Bentley for himself. Bentley needed a lot of attention and soon was able to travel with Seth to Seattle. He was great with my dogs. He not only kept them company, he played with them, walked them and if needed made sure they had taken their medicine. He enjoys what he does and the animals enjoy him. read more

If I could give Seth 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! Seth is the one and only person we found (after a TON of searching) who we felt 100% comfortable leaving with our hyper-sensitive, fear-aggressive maltipin. Our pooch throws a fearful/aggressive fit at anyone who enters our home, no matter how many times they visited, but after just three weeks of daily visits, she was jumping for joy and kisses every time he showed up. He is remarkably skilled at reading dogs' cues and very patient. Our dog has become a noticeably happier pup since she started having play dates with Seth, and he's even been able to socialize her with some other furry ones (she did NOT like other dogs, previously). Seth texts us detailed updates and photos every day, and meets all of the tedious requests we make. He's truly one of those people meant to work with animals. We had to leave town on short notice due to a family emergency. We are new to the area, and we didn't know where to start to have someone watch our two dogs while we were away. I found Seth, and I couldn't be happier. Our dogs can be difficult. One is a high strung chi/min pin mix, and the other is a special needs corgi/pom mix who can be very cold with strangers. They both loved Seth from the moment they met. He is very caring and compassionate, and as any dog owner can tell you, the dogs can sense this right away. In addition to being great with dogs, Seth was very professional. I was impressed that he was always quick to respond to emails/texts, and he was never late. While we were out of town, he would send me lots of updates on the pooches along with pictures and videos. We will definitely use him again, and I am already booking future appointments. read more

To say that I was delighted with Seth from Bones, Hugs, and Harmony Pet Care would be an understatement... I have tried several different pet sitting companies before, but it didn't work out. My dog Hope is my world, I adore her and she is not an easy dog to win over at all, she has some pretty major anxiety issues and doesn't warm to people very easily, so hence I was very nervous if it would work out this time. From the moment Seth walked in that all changed, Hope loves Seth and you can tell the feeling is mutual and not at all forced from Seth, he is also very professional and extremely knowledgable regarding dog behaviour, he has helped her so much in so many ways, and I can now leave town for a couple of days knowing she is happy, safe and extremely well looked after. If Seth could be paid in happy dog wiggles, he would be a millionaire. Melian (our Weimaraner) literally jumps for joy when Seth arrives. I think it had everything to do with our initial visit; he sat down in our living room floor and got to know Melian in her world, on her terms. After that, she was sold. We have had several dog walkers for Melian over the years, and Seth is the only one that she waits for at the door. On a personal note, I truly appreciate Seth's professionalism and his knowledge of dog behavior. The organic treats, biodegradable doggie bags, and behavior modification training for our over-exuberant girl are an unexpected bonus, and I learn something new every time I talk to him. We are so happy that we found Seth to take care of our little puppy Ada!! Seth has provided consistently exceptional dog-walking services. Some of the things we love about working with him: he send updates every day after their walk with adorable photos, he is very observant if something seems different or new with our pup, he has given our pup the opportunity to socialize with other dogs (we attribute much of her calm demeanor to the time she spends with Seth, and he is flexible and accommodating to our crazy work schedules. Seth absolutely loved our two dogs for the year he cared for them. He's a dog whisperer, and an absolutely reliable professional. He was respectful of our home, our time, our dogs, and their needs. Love recommending Seth to my fellow pet parents! It is pretty clear from the start how much passion and knowledge he has towards your pets. I really like that he offers group walks. It is a great way for them to get socialization and exercise without having to worry about issues that arise at dog parks because he is very cautious and aware of body language so he will not group dogs together if it is not a great fit. Moving beyond solo walks, he takes the time to make sure dogs are good with other dogs to join them on walks and outings to such great places as Magnuson Park. Seth was great! We were all working during the week so needed someone to exercise our vizsla - Seth seems to have a great way with the dog and asked us lots of questions before starting. We gave him a key and he came in the same timeframe each day, also feeding and giving water. We got a text with an update and photos at the end of his visit everyday which was cool.
