Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

He loves getting to see his dog friends once a week. Amanda also accommodates our ever changing schedules and if a work meeting occurs during pick up she will come into our apartment and get Henry! Henry gallops to her and squeaks with excitement every time she sees her letting me know he is so excited for his weekly adventure. The pups are out for 4-5 hours each time and extremely tired when they get back. This service has been a game changer for us.

Everything was great. Total professionals here and very trust worthy. It's great to have a back up place for something like this. We do take our pups with us as much as we can but sometimes you go places they can't go and sometimes you can't get relatives to watch them, this is the next best thing. We did use another service closer to us once before and was not as good. These folks are definitely good. 5 stars!

Brea seemed very easy going and comfortable acclimatizing to our home almost immediately. For the duration of our time away, I received numerous updates, videos and photos via text message. I could tell that my kitties were happy as Brea's photos and videos showed them playing with her, being active etc. Although I missed them like crazy, I was not at all worried about them, which made our vacation more enjoyable. Upon arriving home, everything was well taken care of. The litter box was cleaned, their food station was up to par and our mail was even collected for us. Our keys were returned in a very timely manner. Cosmic Home and Pet was affordable and our experience with them was just excellent. In both cases DDO passed with flying colors! Our initial resident husky, Cassie, became a better dog (seriously!) as a result of her time socializing and learning the rules at DDO. And all of our subsequent dogs (yup, huskies) trained to be good canine citizens with either Danette or Erika. The positive impact that these two and DDO have made on their local neighborhood is significant! In fact, so considerate of their neighbors that our first husky was not accepted for fear she'd jump the fence and escape/disturb nearby neighbors. Eventually, Cassie was accepted but watched very closely. Ironically, in my volunteer work at the Seattle Animal Shelter I have found that both Danette and Erika have made significant contributions both in person and in helping to write the training materials that guide new dog walking volunteers at SAS. And they hire like-minded, conscientious people at DDO who also give their time to Shelter dogs. Truly, these are the best people! And I say that as an approaching 70 years semi-curmudgeon-ish woman who likes dogs way better than people most of the time. Check our DDO in Ballard or Burien. I'll likely be there too, as I'm down to only one senior-ish husky.

Diesel has a trauma history that makes him leash reactive and easily overstimulated. The first night, he had to stay behind a barrier and barked the whole time. I told Julie I didn't think we could come back but she encouraged me to stick it out and I'm so glad we did. We're almost done with basic obedience and it's been a game changer. Diesel can sit in the main room now and participate in the off leash playtime without problems. He has amazing recall and I've enjoyed working with him to grow our bond and enrich his life. I'm hoping to take the intermediate and advanced classes in the future to keep working on Diesel. I'm so glad I was referred to SAS. We'd tried other trainers who didn't actually let us practice with the dogs during the session, just talked at us. As a hands on learner, I appreciate that Julie has us all practice together and walks around, giving feedback. It's like I have a different dog now.

Many places are currently doing drop-off only because of COVID, and this was a deal breaker for us because our puppy is very shy around new people, especially if they try to handle her. This group has been perfect (limited to 10 people currently and everyone must wear a mask and socially distance) - she's gotten exposed to more new people and gotten some valuable playtime with puppies having similar levels of immunity. She's really come out of her shell and I can't thank Sound Animals enough for this!!

Kelley has also been super flexible when our schedules change and she has even dog sat for us last minute! He met us at breakfast briefly to say hello and tell us his plan for the day with Titan and make sure that we all felt comfortable. Titan hit it off with Mark immediately. This is the first time we had ever left Titan with a stranger and we weren't sure how Titan would react. As we pulled away titan didn't even watch us leave as he and Mark were already off to a great start. Mark sent us text pics of their adventure together throughout the day & night and that really made us happy! Mark kept Titan with him and a couple other cute doggies all day and then delivered him to our vacation rental just before we got home. We were cracking up when we found a report card Mark left for Titan with a big red A+ at the top and notes of what they did and how many time he pooped! Lol! To sum it up Mark offers great service, quality care and is very compassionate. We highly recommend Mark.

We were going to be out of the country for a few days, and after touring a dog hospital decided we didn't feel comfortable leaving our puppy more or less locked up in a crate all day. We found Mark via Rover.com and he was able to schedule our meet and greet pretty quickly. After meeting our puppy, it was clear they hit it off, so we booked the stay and enjoyed receiving pictures and updates for each day she was with him (Thursday - Tuesday). I would highly recommend Mark as a sitter, especially for any first time pet parents. He is extremely professional and has the calmest, nurturing disposition... a true pleasure to work with. To boot, our puppy went into heat about a week before we were scheduled to leave the country, and Mark rolled with the punches like a pro. He took amazing care of her and accommodated her being in heat. I would give him 5 stars! As an added bonus, I believe having Khaleesi (our puppy) be part of Mark's pack for daily walking and overnight stays greatly helped calm her energy level down, offer her a stable routine, and priceless socializing. She returned to us calmer, more obedient, and attentive.
