This place is awful. A tow truck driver named Sanchez came to tow my car. Without asking, he opened…read morethe back of my trunk and pulled out a tow hook. You would think a tow driver has a tow but no. Anyway, he then put it into my front bumper, knocking the round piece off on the bumper with disregard. He left the tow hook in my front bumper and did not give me the piece to replace when someone takes it out.
