It's really more of the roasting operation but the very kind owner had a pot of coffee there for sharing. I could have stood in the doorway all day long just for the roast coffee aromas. We couldn't resist purchasing a pound of the Sumatra. DANG I wish I had stocked up on that stuff!! I consider myself a major coffee snob and this was absolutely fantastic. Praise be it is offered online for those not lucky enough to have a local place to purchase. You like really good coffee? You will really like this really good coffee!

I asked the guy behind the counter for coffee bean recommendations, and he was very knowledgeable and happy to talk about all the different beans. Turns out he's the owner, and he told me how he goes to Peru every year to source the beans. I also grabbed a loaf of sourdough to go and it's no question my new favorite in Colorado. Really enjoying the Peru blend of whole beans I took home as well. Wish I lived closer, because I'd be coming here several times a week if I could!

The foam on top was sweet and delicious. This guy knows what he is doing with the espresso machine. The richness of the coffee beans complement the homemade syrups perfectly.
