You can get some pretty classic tacky tourist stuff, like "uffda", "doncha know", "ope", or other funny Minn- Dak sayings on magnets and stickers. There's lots of college gear from UND or NDSU to sport and decorate with. But the food products are by far the spotlight here- the newly famed and ND originated Dot's pretzels are of course sold here. There's locally based chocolates, cheese, jams, honey, hot sauce, peanut butter, popcorn and so much more. You can spend a lot of time just walking around the store and seeing all there is to offer. This was the perfect place to buy my FL friend some homegrown ND stuff. The young man working was also super helpful when I asked his opinion on what to get my friend (should have gotten his name!). What we received was maybe one scoop, putting them together but I doubt it, and it was $4.50 each plus a tip. The owners were in there. I'm really disappointed in being taken advantage of. At least give a full scoop for $4.50 per cone. I couldn't believe they watched and probably laughed. It is almost laughable, but we're not laughing. We used to get cones there and they were good. Absolutely turned off by this.
