After seeing a Facebook post of a morning TV live cooking event from my 1st cousin which featured her son cooking for the hosts, I had to try this place. Anything that combines bbq meat and cheese has got to be good... The building and atmosphere were great...modern, clean, vibrant - with a little country music playing in the background. You order at the counter, then take a number and they deliver it to your table. I loved the presentation - a heavy cast iron skillet preloaded with a real metal fork...ready to be enjoyed. Per her son Parker's recommendation, I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese with Carolina Reaper cheese added - the 'Parker Special'. Boy was it delicious - moist, flavorful pulled pork, tangy bbq sauce, creamy cheese...and a little bite from the Carolina Reaper cheese! I highly recommend this restaurant and this dish and can't wait to return to try some other options. The mac & cheese was a yummy. The noodles had good tenderness and were not under or over cooked. Best thing was the selection variety! I don't eat pork, so wish there was a non-pork bbq option. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. New cashier was pleasant and upbeat. This was a nice change from all the chain fast food places I usually eat at. read more

I'll take unexpectedly good for $500, Alex. I'd driven by this place multiple times, and.... really had no interest in stopping to check it out. My loss. I finally went in because I took a wrong turn and was hungry. Wow. It's nice and clean. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. So, good first impression. I ordered the Too Hot To Handle, and really didn't have the highest expectation. I was pleasantly surprised when my food came out in a cool little skillet thing, and was not the elbow-mac I'd imagined, but the cool hollow spiral thingies. The googles tell me that it's cavatappi pasta. It tasted fantastic, but the real surprise was that it was actually spicy! Yeah, the menu goes into detail about what's in it, but in this area, people can't seem to handle almost any heat, so it was yet another pleasant surprise. One of the best bowls of mac and cheese I've ever had. So yeah. Really cute little restaurant with insanely good mac and cheese. I gave a one star rating for the fact that I went there 2 times and had a bad experience both times. First time I went there I got the mega macaroni paid to have both ham and bacon on there and only got the ham. It wouldn't have been so bad if this place wasn't already over priced for the food I got, but they also charge $2.49 per meat you put on there. The ham that they put on there looked like ham from a lunch meat container that they just sliced and threw on there. Second time I went there I got the same thing, but just got the bacon on top. I got home and opened the container to find barely any cheese on the noodles(I got bare noodles) and the bacon was candied bacon which didn't sit well for me because I wasn't expecting it to be sweet. No where on the menu underneath what I ordered did it say candied bacon. Going back to when I was waiting for my order because I ordered it to go. I was watching one of the employees wipe around a dish (that had food in it for a customer) with a DIRTY TOWEL. That was really unsanitary. Plus their employees wear shirts that are too long and it doesn't look like they're wearing any shorts or pants underneath. Very unprofessional looking employees. What kind of restaurant is this?!?! I don't understand the bad reviews on this place. We came from out of town and decided to give it a try. We won't go to Fargo now without stopping here. Even if it's food to go. The girl at the till was super helpful and friendly. Explained the menu and told us what the local favorites were. I got the spaghetti. The meatballs were superb. He got the pulled pork. I don't know what word to use that is better than superb. I actually abandoned my food to eat some of his. The portions are so big we both had enough to take home. And like lasagna, it was even better the second day! read more

2nd time here extremely disappointed in the quality of food. I had the meatball hoagie the meatballs where cold the so called red sauce had no flavor and was so watery it ruined the bun. Could not bother to even melt the cheese on it. The girlfriend had the state fair bowel . The Mac n cheese was barely warn the cheese sticks and corn dog where ice cold. The grilled cheese with ham was ok...The tomato bisque "soup" had the consistency of chili. Sent it back without trying it. The State Fair Mac was alright. Good Mac and Cheese. Wasn't anything phenomenal. The service was ok at best. Cashier could have been louder.

I ordered the Sweet Thang which is listed as having candied jalapeños. Tons of jalapeños on it but they were definitely not candied just basic sliced jalapeños which varies significantly in flavor and heat from a candied jalapeño so I ended up picking them all off. My boyfriend's order was not at all what he ordered. Maybe would've been OK if we received what we ordered and as advertised but the way it was received was not all that tasty. read more

I know it's fast food, but the cheese sauce was not creamy and may have come out of a bag. The pulled pork was sparse and had a little BBQ sauce on it. Overpriced at $13.99. I got a child's grilled cheese sandwich that comes with fries and ordered a side of broccoli and cheese. They don't use butter on the bread. The bread tasted awful. It didn't taste like butter but like it was cooked with oil on a grill that had left over tastes of other foods. Yuck. The broccoli and cheese had a little bit of real cheese sprinkled on top then was in a sauce that looked like cheese but wasn't. I want real butter and real cheese sauce and without the odd taste from the grill. read more

Overall the food wasn't that good and on top of that I got food poisoning. After eating here I got extremely sick vomiting and all. The store owner was very unprofessional and rude about it and basically told me I don't have food poisoning and it wasn't their food that caused this. read more
