They cut up an old play house with a SawzAll and took it out in pieces through our narrow side gate. Someone suggested that I ask Dane if he'd take that, too, and I thought that wouldn't be fair to add on more stuff beyond what we had agreed upon. What do you know, Dane asked if I wanted that stuff hauled away, too, and he very generously refused any additional pay for it. I guess that's the OPPOSITE of nickel-and-diming a customer, isn't it? Raul seriously knows his stuff and he is more than willing to spend some time offering advice or recommendations for how to manage all kinds of stuff land management related and heavy equipment related. We have already used him a couple times for major mow jobs of 10 acres and have some other projects in the works. He has a remarkable memory for the land which helps him avoid hazards and do the best job he can. He's also very responsive and has answered all kinds of questions for us to help us out.
