My husband was concerned about a drain pipe next to where the cement would be poured, and was worried about it being damaged during the dirt removal. After the dirt was removed, Alex ran water down the drain to show us that the pipe was undamaged. He listened to my husband and made sure to pour the cement a couple inches from the drain pipe, so there was no chance of any damage. Alex was also very flexible with scheduling. He was able to reschedule the cement pour day on short notice, so that my husband would be home on that day. Alex and his crew arrived on time, which I appreciate. I've had a lot of work done in the past, and it always upsets me when contractors are late. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned meticulously to ensure the work area was clear of dirt and debris. Alex and his crew were always respectful of our property. The price was very reasonable, and I had received more than 8 bids. Alex is honest, a good communicator, and his crew are hardworking and punctual. I'd highly recommend giving Alex a call.

The estimate appointment was very easy to set up and during Daniel went over with me in detail what I had envisioned and how he could make it a reality. After getting an estimate from 15+ vendors, Daniel was one of the very few who I feel gave me a fair price for the work. He wrote up a contract which detailed every step his team would take to complete the job and gave roughly 1 month to do the complete backyard renovation despite hazardous working conditions with the summer heat. His team went above and beyond, completing every task professionally and with a high quality that left me very satisfied with the work done. They were knowledgeable, able to work on a variety of tasks from concrete work, to irrigation, to electrical, to overall general contracting and landscaping. Jay came out, thoroughly inspected my existing concrete, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he told me my concrete was in great condition. He recommended an epoxy pebble overlay that would give me the look I wanted for about half the cost of replacing everything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He could have easily recommended a much more expensive project, but instead he put my best interests first. Whether or not I ended up using their services, I wanted to recognize a company that values honesty over making a bigger sale. That kind of professionalism says a lot about their character, and I truly appreciate it.
