I contemplated leaving a review because I wanted to give it more time to really see how I felt about our project. I absolutely LOVE the look of our back yard and it's almost exactly how I wanted it. However, there are a few things I do not like. There were two main reasons we decided to go with this company. The time of completion and the reviews I read on "great price." I was told the project would take 2 weeks, which ended up taking 5 weeks. During this time we had our dog in boarding for them to complete the job, since it took 3 weeks longer, it ended up costing us much more. We added a dog gate for this reason, and we would have installed it ourselves had we known it would take 5 weeks. We we're quoted a price to begin with, and during the project there were a few things we added, but the final price ended up being A LOT more than we planned for. I insisted I wanted a smooth cement but was continuously talked out of it by Chris, saying the smooth cement is slippery when wet. Which I was convinced, so he talked us into a washed finish, which is very rough on the feet and uncomfortable to walk barefoot on. During the 5 weeks they were here, there were days/weeks where no one showed up. Nor was I told when they would be back, I had to keep asking. Once the cement was poured and done I reached out to let Chris know there were multiple chips in the cement and I had to ask if they could be fixed. One large chip was patched up with mixed cement (not the washed finish) photo attached. The other chip was not patched up and is getting larger. There is also already a huge crack in the cement and it's only been a couple months since completion. Now what upset me the most was when the cement guys were here pouring cement, apparently their pipes burst, and rock flew onto our neighbors home, cracking their windows. I recently found out that Chris told them to contact us to go through OUR insurance. They said no, and they were written a check. This is a brand new home and there is absolutely no way they should of been told to contact ME for my insurance to pay for it. This was nor mine or my neighbors mistake. Once completed, we had a couple other companies come give us quote on the work done, and it wasn't nearly as much as we paid. We are very happy with the OVERALL look of the backyard but I do wish I would have done better research prior or been more nitpicky with the work. All the workers were very professional and friendly, and I had no issues besides what is said. read more

Beware....... My concrete cracked 6 months after they poured it. Come to find out they didn't lay rock down or rebar before they poured the concrete which caused some spots to sink. Now my driveway has a large crack from one end to the other, my patio slab in the back is sinking. They left wood beams that are now stuck and a bunch of over poured concrete. They also didn't tape off the side of my home, so I have concrete dots all along the foundation of my house including my back sliding glass door.
