I was extremely impressed by the savoir-faire and charisma of Andrea Fiuczynski, the auctioneer and the fact this was indeed the famous Christie's auction house in action. I did not participate in the bidding (unfortunately not have this $ level!) but I appreciate and value art and I think Andrea did an excellent job representing Christies and cheering the attendants to offer the higher prices possible for the photographs auctioned, that will help MOPA programs, both national and internationally. Once at home, I went online to learn more about this lady and the auction world. Very engaging indeed!
