What seemed as a simple fix (replacing a top shingle that blew off from a recent rain with strong winds) turned into a complete roof replacement. Mike took his time to explain what he and his team discovered wrong and the appropriate steps that should be taken to ensure that the work to replace the roof is up to building code. He was very genuine, empathized with us and tried to work with us to see if he could keep the costs fair. The whole experience was great; Mike and his employees are very nice, efficient, and fast. He takes pride in his work, will never compromise or cut corners to cut costs, and ensures that things are done to code. We are very happy with the end result and the overall work done by his company. DoneRite caused more problems than I had before they fixed my roof!. They replaced my flat roof and during the Feb snowfall, the new roof with new plywood leaked. With the the recent heavy rainsstorms, the same area in bedroom leaked. When they visited to back up their warranty they continue to say they found no seams issue that needed repair however, I went up to my roof and found it immediately!. This leaked was never there before they fully replaced my roof. DO NOT USE DONERITE!! The new roof was so badly patched together it was bound to have leaks again. Instead of using a solid piece of rubber they continuously applied mini patches and with adhesion issues. I to paid for mold and drywall repair and pay my tenant for damages! Also, like another reviewer said, when they installing my new roof, In the middle of the job they asked for thousands more for extra plywood. The price i paid I could have put done the more expensive roofing material EPDM than the thin rubber they put down with adhesion issues! DO NOT USE DONRITEROOFING!!!

A friend from work recommended Jersey Craft Exteriors, so we decided to give them a call. From the first meeting, they made us feel comfortable with the whole process. They took their time, explained different options, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We had a few more meetings after that, and they even took us to their supplier so we could see the materials in person and better understand what we were choosing. The 3D design was also a huge help. We were able to see different colors, layouts, lighting, and design ideas before making our final decisions, which made everything much easier. I was told it would be at least a week and I just had new grass planted and that I should shut off the system. She gave me a date and said she would speak to the owner. When I called back the date moved further out. I didn't ask for a service call that same day like you wrote.
