He was flexible with dates and fitted in with my schedule. They arrived at 8.30am on the appointed day and by 3.30pm two large trees had been cut down and the stumps ground up. I've requested my 2025 invoice several times, and as of August 3, 2026, I still haven't received it. You might wonder why I've stayed with this company for so long. The answer is loyalty. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and following up multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a company that provides reliable communication and follows through on customer requests, this has not been my experience.
