My experience with Bonita Travels has been great! I found them as I drove by one day, and knowing I needed travel info for a family trip I decided to drop in. I met Bonita and her service at that time was very helpful. That trip never happened but from the follow up emails I received they were my first thought when the decision was made to go through with the trip the following year. At this time Penny Timberlake became the award winner! She made planning this trip effortless and she went over and beyond to make sure we had all information needed and she was willing to help in any way to make this trip possible for my family and I. Traveling with an 8 year old, 4 year old, and a senior citizen to St. Lucia was like a walk in the park with Penny's help, not to mention coordinating multiple people from 3 different states. I was more than thrilled to work with Bonita Pickett on planning a surprise 25th anniversary trip to Hawaii for my husband. Bonita had great ideas, which was great because I had no idea where to start. Our reservations for airline, hotels, rental car, and some excursions were all handled by Bonita. Pickup and drop off at airports were arranged and ran very smoothly. The hotels she chose for us were spectacular with views of the ocean, on Oahu and Maui. Our bed was made with lei flowers into 25, then towels in the shapes of swans together which made a heart. We received an anniversary cake and a box of chocolates. How much more could Bonita do. She could have stopped right there and we would have been happy. Our tour to the USS Arizona Memorial was humbling, planned by Bonita. She recommended we attend a luau, and allowed us to choose which one based on the information she gave us, "Drums of the Pacific" is the one we chose, definitely not disappointed. Me and my husband just returned from a trip to Dream Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort and Spa for my 50th Birthday. Penny Timberlake with Bonita Travels booked this amazing trip for us. Penny texted me down to the day before leaving to make sure that I was fine and to inform me that even with her going on vacation that she would have her phone and that I could call her no matter what. She made sure that my husband had a aisle seat for both flights because he is tall. She booked our transport from and to airport. She even sent me a list of things I need to do and what not to do. I celebrated my 40th Birthday this past October 2016 by going on my very first Cruise. This was my first time using Bonita Travels. My Agent was Jai White. Just got back from my 9th cruise with Carnival. Lorie Rutledge is my agent through Bonita Travels that has booked them all. Actually, I have also referred a few of my family members as well, and she's booked them too. She is def an asset to have bc she knows what she is doing and will not try to sway where exactly you may want to travel, but will find you the best deal!!! She makes sure that you have everything that you may need - be it paperwork down to luggage tags. Usually, she will even check in with me right before we leave and right after we get back to make sure that there are no concerns or issues. This summer she planned another flawless cruise for 5 on Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas that departs from Puerto Rico. Penny at Bonita Travels was amazing with helping us plan the perfect vacation. 2 of them actually, since we did an initial destination when we originally planned it in July, and changed it in November to a completely new destination.
