My daughter had me to get natural or simply put not longe at all. At first I thought it was to much but as I look in the mirror it was perfectly done and the young lady did a great job. I got schooled on how to take care of them. They first tried to sale me a brush and some cream, but I wasn't prepared to spend anymore money, so I didn't get them . So they gave me some sample to use and since I came home with them they have worked perfectly. I've gotten quite a few compliments and from some professionals as well asking if they were my own lashes. And I was told this pretty much as soon as I checked in once I made the 35min drive from their other sister location. They did rectify the situation by discounting the service for their mistake, but the experience just still left me feeling a bit disappointed. Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Because of this I just know I can't come back because we're supposed to leave our lash appointment feeling our most beautiful or "upgraded" self but I just left feeling a bit let down.

I had an appointment on the 25th of august and the lady had no idea about classpass and i had to wait another 30mins to get started because her manager was irresponsible and didn't let her or anyone in the staff know that they had an appointment through a 3rd party (class pass). While i was waiting the lady was just getting frustrated with me and i kept showing her my appointment and she kept telling me to cancel and to pay full price in store??!!!! for something that's NOT my fault. I clearly told them that i can NOT cancel because classpass has a mandatory cancel fee for these businesses so they would charge me $65 of cancellation PLUS repay the full price of lashes??? she kept trying to pressure me to do that and i kept saying no. finally the manager answered and they decided to work on my lashes. It honestly didn't come out bad but the glue is very very strong and it makes your eyes super red for 3 days (at least mine). i was not disappointed in the lashes i honestly liked them so i wanted to reschedule for another time and i was okay with the glue burning a bit. but today Sept 9, i texted them to make sure their staff knows that there will be a customer through class pass before i can't cancel it. mind you this lady who ever it is responding my messages is telling me to cancel it AGAIN. i contacted class pass and they said that is not okay and i sent the lady the screenshots of the messages through class pass and she said " applications are for new customers" NO WHERE ON THEIR DESCRIPTION SAYS THAT! how can you want to make business with people who are not understanding or professional? i had a bad first experience and i said ok let me try again because i liked the eyelashes and again they pushing customers away. i sent these messages to class pass and they also said no where on their business description says it's for new customers only ??? this is BS i don't get how people are so irresponsible about having their business up on a third party platform. if you don't want people coming back to your shop REMOVE IT FROM CLASS PASS

I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've…read moreever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.
