She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. Kind of just stood their awkwardly for a minute before figuring out that there's an ipad to check in with. But if I had been a walk-in, which they accept, it doesnt give that welcoming impression. Savannah greeted me shortly after checking in and she was attentive as I answered her questions on what I wanted. Felt truly heard. Ive been on the search for someone to dye my hair and my past experiences haven't been ideal, color fades even when using the recommended shampoo treatments. Im writing this 2 months later and my hair color is still vibrant. Loved my cut, and the style I was envisioning came to fruition with Savannah's hands.
