I approached the front desk and asked what time my appointment was because I had been waiting for 30 mins. When I was told my appt time was 30 mins over due I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. I sat down and waited another 15 mins, I then went and told the desk clerk to annotate my chart as not seen due to doctor availability. They didn't even offer to reschedule my appt. In fact they didn't even care that I would be seen. I am now without a prescription, PT referral and still in pain. Don't think I'll be returning.

Also they allowed me my service dog with no harassment which, is a big deal when you have a service dog going out into public areas. they gave me that she encouragement through my transition of severe trauma and recommendations for other problems that arose due to the car accident. I highly recommend them they are awesome team of professional. And such a beautiful staff who have wonderful smiles, even when I was down. They definitely deserved instead of five stars a ten!

I've seen Dr. Meriwether about a recurring neck issue, and serious lower back pain. Within the first visit, I was amazed at how much better I felt. We explored additional therapies over a short period, and I recall needling didn't work, but whatever - that stretch was enough once I committed to it and is my biggest takeaway from that time. To date, I have not seen nor heard of this particular exercise from anyone, including Google. Fast forward to the recent day I realize that my few decades of adult life stress that lives in my shoulders isn't going to fix itself and can no longer be ignored. My impatience, combined with an ease in scheduling, found me in Dr. Hill's office. After a week of doing exercises designed to loosen me up and help correct my posture, dry needling was performed yesterday. Y'all, I woke up wondering where my shoulders were because I couldn't feel them! And when a slow, dull ache began to build half an hour later, I easily found relief in a few of the exercises I had already been given. We still have more work to do together and I am so appreciative of their philosophy around treatment and how it's designed. And I can say that if your doctor sends you here, you'll be well cared for and looked after by a team of people who are wonderful at their job. I'm the kind of person who needs to understand things. It helps me remain dedicated to the task. So when I say how much I've enjoyed working with these folks on improving my health, that is a big part of it. They don't just sit you up on a table with a manual and tell you to do the stretches, the explain why. Explain which muscle group the set will focus on building. Why we are trying to build strength here, what benefits will come from this workout, and on and on down the line. It's great, and I always leave feeling like I've been helped. My primary PT here is named Breeanna. I feel very fortunate to have her helping me. She is professional, she answers all my questions, and I can just tell that she is dedicated to helping others, which I'd say is as noble a goal as anyone could ever hope for. The rest of the team is also wonderful. At one point or another, I think I've spoken with every person who works here and they are all very helpful. I feel like my time at ATI is going to end with me being far better off than when I began. And this isn't my first round of PT.
