I just had the BEST experience here! I called yesterday to see about how to drop off a wedding dress that needed to be cleaned in 24 days. The lady was so sweet on the phone and told me she could do it if I were to drop it off the next day. I did. I dropped it off today, and learned it was a family run business for 19 years. The owner was so sweet and nice to me. I dropped off my daughter's wedding gown, my dress, and my son's suit jacket. I will pick it up in 23 days. I recently endured an unfortunate (and smelly) event when my toddler locked our cat in the closet. Cat with no access to litter box + floor length engagement dress = perfect place to do business. I was so upset and thought there was absolutely no way the stain was going to come out. Before attempting to scrub the stain out of the delicate lace myself and potentially damaging the whole garment, I took it to Bonney Cleaners. DO NOT GO HERE! Took our Hilton to Home duvet to be cleaned and they gave us back a different duvet. They charged us 35$ to clean it and gave us a 30$ random duvet back. I took it to the store and the lady at the front said it wasn't her fault and what is she supposed to do. She said they send them out to be washed. I dropped my items off to be dry cleaned, go to my car then return to say I've changed my mind may I have them back (I had other pieces that they couldn't clean because they don't provide the service, so I figured I may as well use one cleaner instead). I have been going to Bonney Cleaners for over 8 years. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. In 2025 things really changed for the worst. The price per dress shirt went from $2.50 to $5.00 a shirt. That is ot the worst of it. My last 2 trips to pick up shirts have a big problem. When I took the plastic off, I noticed an odor. When I smelled the shirts there is a strong odor of sweat and like they had been in my hamper for weeks. I cannot think of putting them on and then one shirt had a small streak of something on the cuff which easily came off with water and a little scrubbing. It would have come off if the shirt had been washed before they pressed it. PLEAAE if you go there, check your shirts closely and that means smell them. Do you want to be at work and other people start talking about your odor. Again, they are very nice people but to pay $5 a shirt and they are dirty. No thank you, I am having to find another cleaner. read more
