Brought a single Navy dress uniform (one top, one bottom) here to be ironed-only, not cleaned. The price was 3-4x what I've paid anywhere else ($17). Then, when I got home and inspected the uniform, they'd left horrible wrinkles at each cuff and the bottom of each leg. And because they pressed it inside out without lining up to the the seams, I now have multiple stripes running up each leg. I'm having to iron the entire garment myself anyway tonight. I'm not sure why for $17 the uniform wasn't given proper attention to detail from the team at Millwood. read more

After pursuing reviews for cleaners, I called to inquire about cleaning a ladies coat. I was given a reasonable price and drove over to drop it off. The gal that took my coat, took my info & was very nice. From the looks of the place, they do a good business and also do alterations. A few days later I went to pick up my coat, presented my ticket and paid for it. My coat was spotless! Clean with zero odors. I'll use them again for sure. read more

I just stopped everything to write this review because I am JUST THAT IMPRESSED. Last winter, I purchased a banging leather jacket that was a cinch too small (I was losing weight and would fit it comfortably with a few more lbs). Unfortunately, the leather near the arm pit tore before I reached my weight goal and I retired the jacket for the rest of the year. This month, I pulled out the jacket to see if it could be repaired. Upon showing the tear and trying the jacket on (I met my weight goal), I was given several options for next steps. I opted for their recommendation and waited the week to get it back. I just picked it up and WOW!! The jacket looks amazing. I honestly hadn't expected for it to be so great. The repair is hardly noticeable and looks really cool. Moved to the area a few months ago and have been looking for a dry cleaners. I found them through Yelp. I had a comforter that had a rip on the side and it needed to be cleaned. Along w a mattress pad. Instead of taking the money they told me that by cleaning it the whole would get bigger. Very nice people, but I have a severe fragrance allergy and asked if they used any scented products. I was told no; however, I just picked up clothes and nearly had an asthma attack in the car from the strong scent. I'll be taking my freshly-dry cleaned clothes elsewhere to have the smell removed.
