I was impressed with the owner cranking out all kinds of bakery items, brownies, cookies, donuts, pasties, bread, etc..... Last stop I walked away with a loaf of bread too warm to run thru the slicer. The smell of it in the car was so heavenly I ended up ripping the end off to devour as it was going to be a while before I had access to a knife. Owner seems to be nearly a one man band.
