After a week straight of back and forth, your office still failed to provide a correct invoice after I outlined a detailed itinerary a 10-year-old child could understand but for some reason your stuff had difficulties. after I canceled with you, I contacted another company and everything was completed and paid in ten minutes, that is how it's done. for anyone on here looking for that info of that company, I can provide it. read more

My friends and I used bonomolo limousines for a tour of all the New Orleans house floats and I must say it was amazing. They were professional and made sure our tour was so much fun. I have called and left my name and number for Susan many times since April to return my call for information and to book transportation for Nov 12, 2022 for my daughters wedding. I was really looking forward to my first trip ever to New Orleans, even if it was work related. And when my boss found out my flight was booked to arrived at midnight, he recommended that I book a driver to pick me up from the airport. My initial thought was ... "Nice! A driver"...proceeded with... "Exactly how dangerous is New Orleans?" Any way, with that, I began to quote out car companies around the area. Bonomolo was dependable, reliable, friendly and at the best price. Since my flight arrived during "off hours" the other car companies quoted me around $125 +tip for a pickup between midnight and 5am. I spoke to Susan at Bonomolo and she quoted me $75 for a sedan, one way airport pickup. Done! The driver, Chris met me at the baggage terminal. He was very helpful and gave me some great tips on what to see and where to go. Also instead of the usual Towncar, it was a black, very clean, Jaguar XJL. As a work-related duty, I had to organize transportation for a group of 16 federal government representatives. I thought this would be fairly easy but it seems that most places have vehicles for 12 people or 24 people but nothing in between. Oh wait, let me re-phrase that, SEVERAL places had vehicles that size but they also had stripper poles in the middle of them and I don't think my boss nor the Director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences would have really appreciated that. Anyway, Bonomolo has a 17 person vehicle, sans stripper poles or bars at the very reasonable price of $65/hr. Mr Sidney, our driver, was prompt and patient with us as we kept making unscheduled stops to tour the coastal erosion in Ile de Charles or pick someone up under the Interstate in Boutte. Recommended for sedate and timely transportation needs. read more

This is a great company. I rented a Mercedes Sprinter for my birthday. If you have a group of 10 or 11 people, I highly recommend this vehicle. Our driver was Troy. Troy was amazing. My sister dropped her wallet and Troy went above and beyond to help her find it. I cannot compliment him enough. He was helpful, courteous, and professional. We had the limo well beyond the time I had reserved. I never felt rushed. In NOLA for SuperBowl, and transportation has been a nightmare. Bonomolo to the rescue. When hotel concierge and limos.com and airport shuttle and limo services all said no way-they said, "sure we can take you to the the airport." Communications were perfect, when hotel access changed I got a call to change meet point. Jimmy was all suited up with name sign, greeted us professionally, helped us into his sleek Lincoln, and whisked us off to the airport. Professional all the way. We hired your company to pick us up from the airport when we arrived in New Orleans, we didn't have to wait very long, our driver saw us and came to help us to retrieve our luggage off the baggage claim conveyor. He introduced himself as Mr. Jimmy Saul, he was both professional, respectful and just down right nice. We liked him so much we requested to have him again to take us to the cruise terminal also. If only everybody could be as nice as Mr. Jimmy Saul, your picked a good one there. More people should take lessons from him on how to act and interact with others and to treat people with respect. Can't speak highly enough of Bonomolo. Our flight was over two hours late, and our driver Jimmy was right on time. We were meeting some friends who were already out near the French Quarter but needed to go back to the house we had rented first to drop off our things. Jimmy let us know he was going in that direction and offered to wait outside for five minutes while we dropped our things off, then took us to meet our friends! True Southern hospitality. Absolutely horrible. My family of 10 and I came for a reunion to NOLA and part of the special event was a drive to Breaux Bridge and back. Bonomolo confirmed us, through our hotel, for a Mercedes Sprinter 2 weeks prior and showed up with a Dodge Van the day of the event. It was too late for us to change companies so we had to go with them. What a terrible disappointment. The driver was good, it was not his fault, but the Van was in horrible shape, shocks non-existent. The trip was a bad roller coaster ride on the many roads we traveled. Afterwards the limo service was unapologetic, no response or apologies at all, so our hotel negotiated for us to get some relief. I would strongly suggest any future customers look elsewhere for limo services. Don't reward bad service companies with business! read more

This company is first class all the way. We just used them last night for my daughter's wedding and I could not have been more pleased. Due to a miscommunication on my part, my daughter and I found ourselves without a limo for her wedding just two days before the ceremony. In a panic, I called Bonolomo, They answered the phone very politely and were just really nice people. I was impressed with them right away. The price they quoted me was very competitive. They didn't try to jack up the fee because I was calling last minute and was in a bind. And since they had so many positive online reviews from different websites, I decided to go with them. I went with my gut on this one and boy am I glad I did!! The whole experience was wonderful. Our driver, Mackie, was a class act all the way. He arrived within 5 minutes of our scheduled time, which amazed me. I was super nervous that he might be really late because of everything that was happening in the city. Keep in mind this was the night that Halloween had been moved to due to bad weather, AND it was voodoo fest. Traffic was insane everywhere, especially in Metairie, and yet he still made it to us on time. I cannot tell you how relieved I was! Mackie also made us feel like millionaires from the moment he opened the door and took our hands to help us in the limo He was perfect. We all adored him. He drove safely, and he " got us to the church on time"!! The limousine itself was a beautiful black Chrysler super stretch. It was well kept and immaculately clean. The interior was great--lights everywhere and very spacious. We sat 8 ladies in ours, but se could have easily fit another person. That's how much room we had! All in all, I was impressed from start to finish with these guys. Based on the experience we had last night, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Two days ago, we didn't even have a reservation, Last night we had a beautiful limousine arrive with a awesome driver. Everyone was smiling and the entire experience was magical. I used Bonomolo Limousines (BL) for a Bachelor party that I had in NoLa. The use of the transportation was to have a pick up around 6am and go to Baton Rouge for the LSU game and return that evening. The steps leading up to the actual day of were seamless with BL. Email and Phone correspondence was top notch. Upon arriving in NoLa we stayed in contact for the days leading up to the event. The day of was PERFECT, and I have to admit that me and my friends were were far from perfect. The way home we were all pretty drunk and disorderly but the driver was awesome with handling our group. He was also a really nice down to earth guy to talk to, not your sometimes driver who just does he job and doesn't speak. I am coming back in NoLa this fall and plan on using BL again. If you are in the area I would highly suggest using them. I also did A LOT of research on pricing and they came up as the best deal dollar for dollar. In NoLa BL is without peer and worth your money! read more

We were VERY pleased with our recent Bonomolo Transportation experience! We booked the "trolley" (the ONLY one we know of in New Orleans) to transport guests from a local B&B to the Rehearsal Dinner at Antoines in the French Quarter. A+ on service before the actual event and A+++ to Armand our driver! EVERY guest commented how 'cool' the experience was. We did not wait at all. The trolley was in EXCELLENT condition and VERY clean, right down to the custom wood trim inside. This was the first time I had to book a car service in New Orleans and was unimpressed with the options. Based on reviews I decided to call Bonomolo Limousines for a quote. Not only could they not meet the request of a pick up on January 1st (attempted to reserve more than a week in advance) they had a "holiday charge" that was pretty steep. Due to the limited options in the area, I decided to book the return trip. This ended up being a mistake as they never showed up. When called they denied being provided payment and stated that there was no reservation on file. All in all, unhappy with the customer service I received and the poor communication Bonomolo provided. For future reservations I will use a different car company. read more

Needed to book transportation for my boss and decided to go with Bonomolo due to the great reviews. However, my first impression was not a great one when discussing my needs with Susan on my initial phone call. Susan was cold and not necessarily friendly, qualities you don't expect from someone in a customer service role. I specifically asked whether they had luxury sedans, because it's my boss' preference and her only request (no SUVs). Again, Susan's response was far from customer service friendly, but she confirmed they had luxury sedans and that they could certainly accommodate me. My ONE request was that they send a luxury sedan for both of my rides. I'm not sure why, but that didn't happen and my boss was picked up in an SUV! It's incredibly disappointing when your ONE request is promised and then not honored. 3 stars only because the drivers were professional, on time and friendly. read more
