The cover CoverCare installed has a large crease in it - unlike the cover that was replaced. The cover CoverCare installed does not operate smoothly - unlike the way the cover that was replaced functioned for years until it got old and brittle and was in need of replacement. CoverCare tried to blame its mistakes by saying the entire system needed to be replace. False. The motor was replaced two years earlier, all the pulleys, rope and bearings were replaced the year before. So now, I have to sue CoverCare to get my money back. I would give a negative rating, but Yelp requires at least one star.
