They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up!

Lights haven't worked properly for 9 months now and Barry (owner) has promised repeatedly to come fix them. Hasn't happened. Moved homes within first year and needed help moving the hot tub- received empty promises of follow-up for months until my brother and I finally rented a truck with a massive forklift and just did it ourselves. I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing a hot tub from a more reputable dealer in Grand Rapids or elsewhere, or plan on being 100% self-sufficient beginning the day after you purchase. Once they have your money they're moving on to the next customer, and the only way you will even get a conversation with them is to corner them in their store. Buyers beware- you've been warned.
