It's completely ridiculous to be the first person there needing a simple rotation which takes fifteen minutes tops and then you end up waiting over an hour because they can't do something as simple as going by who actually came first.

We were so scared to be on the freeway stranded as 2 women in the pitch black! We called Gulf Coast and someone was there within 30 minutes!
