On November I ordered a dress for my Christmas party (which is this Saturday) and I opted for express delivery. The package came as scheduled. I open my package and there are 4 maternity dresses inside, that would be fine if I were actually pregnant. Instantly I'm pissed because I really needed this dress and not one item belonged to me, it actually belonged to a woman in Ohio who I know I was just as upset because I have her dresses. I emailed and let them know that THEY made a mistake and sent the wrong items to me with the woman's invoice, Clearly an error on Boohoo's part. I'm asked to fill out a form, I fill it out... it's been two weeks now. I am literally on messenger right now with Boohoo and they haven't responded in an hour, I'm just sitting waiting for a response. Not sure if I'm getting a refund or my actual package. This was my first time ordering from this site which I totally regret. I had ordered a dress Aug 24 2018 and I've received it Sept 1 2018. I thought great it came fast but the dress just didnt fit right so I decided to return it. I've returned it Sept 10 2018 which I had to pay for, on the site it says 21 business days for a refund, so I waited and its been a month and haven't heard anything from them so I emailed them and messaged them on Facebook just to make sure I get a respond, surprisingly someone responded so I told them my situation and they are refunding me but they aren't refunding me for the full amount. They are only refunding me the cost for the dress but not the shipping fee, so not only did I have to pay for returning the item they arent refunding me the full amount I spent, so I actually spent money that I didnt need too. There wasn't anything on their website about not refunding the full amount, this is what they responded with : " As our courier delivered the item on time and successfully, we would not refund the delivery cost for the item to be delivered. We would only refund on a failed delivery or a return to sender order from our courier and not after the order had been delivered.  Hope this helps and if you need anything else just get back to me" HELP? I will NEVER order from Boohoo again. Ordered a ton of clothes not aware of their poor quality of clothing. Chose not to keep any of the items. At this point I went to process a refund. Their portal was "acting up" and would not accept payment so I was unable to make a refund-- after they promoted me to pay an additional $4 to return these items. Contacted support. They said to give me 24 hours. After 24 hours, same issue persisted. They asked me to wait another 48. After 96 hours, I told them I would dispute the charges with my bank. They then prompted me to return the items to an address in England and stated they would "refund me shipping due to errors in their portal." After waiting 4+ days for a solution, I doubt any repayment will be issued. Order from ASOS, Lulus, or anywhere else if you want quality clothing and customer service. read more

I had an issue with a delivery that was never made for the given address. I disputed this issue with Boohoo a few days later but nothing was handled on their end. Boohoo declined a refund or reorder in which was a large amount of money I spent. Due to a timeline via policy nothing was invested but the dispute was within the timeline. Boohoo customer service would rank a 1 out of 5 or below. There is no number to contact, only an email for any issues and they take over 24 hours to respond. I experienced thw frustrating issue of my packages being returned to sender (over a month ago) and they still have not refunded me. All they can do is tell me to wait 28 days, then 5 days, then 3 days and run me in circles from dept to dept. Two days have gone by since I asked for a supervisor to acknowledge the issue, and threatened to write a bad review. Still no response from them. BooHoo brand really lives up to its name because they make you want to cry after dealing with them. I found out about the brand accidentally (not word of mouth) and then ordered a few pieces to check it out. And when I tried to plug in a promo, it showed initially, until I added more items to my cart. Then the promo disappeared. I contacted the company and they were resolute on not helping. It was for my daughters first birthday party and when i put the pants on that morning the zipper completely broke off. Remind you i am only 5'9 and 148. The tracking page stopped updating, and after multiple attempts to contact customer service (no phone number, only available through Twitter and email), they told me, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but your package will arrive early next week." They did refund the cost of expedited shipping, but that doesn't help me much SINCE I DON'T HAVE AN OUTFIT TO WEAR FOR MY EVENT TOMORROW.
