Our guide, Marc, was energetic, extremely knowledgeable, and very considerate of our individual interests, which made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. Pickup was easy and convenient at a location near the Miami airport, and the clean, comfortable van made the drive across southern Florida along the Tamiami Trail enjoyable. The airboat ride was a highlight--we got up close and personal with alligators sunning themselves despite the chilly weather, which was unforgettable. The day ended with a phenomenal boat ride with an excellent captain on the west coast through and around the mangrove islands, where we saw dolphins, white pelicans, cormorants, and an impressive variety of other waterfowl. Thunderstorms and heavy rains we asked to reschedule and she initially said yes then backed out. I took pictures and videos the entire day to show proof of the awful weather and they wouldn't reschedule or give a refund. Then I found out they don't have a business license. This company is a fraud and don't care about your safety. Who can enjoy a yacht during thunderstorms PLEASE SEE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR THE ENTIRE DAY
