If you wanted to put together a bookshelf full of classics that actually look like classics in worn, brown leather binding you could definitely get your start here. There is every section you expect from a book store. An extensive collection of fiction starting at the front of the store, with classics and nonfiction in the back and upstairs. The children's section is also upstairs. There are a few places where you can sit and read. This being a primarily used book store, you can sell and trade too. Highest dollar is given for nonfiction, with hardbacks being at the top of that list. You can sell your books outright with no obligation to use the money as credit only. However, like with most trade-in places, you will typically get more value if you apply it in credit than if you take it in cash. Absolutely worth a visit, even if you're just looking to browse the day away in town.

Even with the slight chatter in the background as I study is not a distraction in comparison to if I was in a different setting. The vibe is always unmatched here to me. Honestly, I love this. It helps to show the stock and then I go in already knowing what I need/want. This location has a coffee shop located on the right-hand side of the bookstore and has a few tables for you to sit and hopefully not read the entire book before putting it back on the shelf... Anyway, the café was clean. I did try to go over there but the line was long and not moving fast and I was feeling impatient so I decided not to get anything. In the back of the store is where you'll find your movies, cds, and vinyl. I was pretty impressed with the selection of new vinyl they had in the store. I'm always shocked though at the prices of their DVD's and CD's knowing how cheaply they can be purchased elsewhere. The rest of the store was neatly organized in the traditional B&N fashion. Down the stairs is mostly a new bookstore, and then the last aisle is used books. No part of the shop is huge, but they have a great selection of local and European candy, as well as some fun older American candies. They have a high-quality Wisconsin-based ice cream. The place is adorably decorated and has a nice size, curated book collection with something to offer for everyone. I was greeted by the owner who was so kind and also rang me up. My books were packaged so nicely with decorative tissue paper too! I found two books here that have been on my list to grab: Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid and Crying in H-Mart by Michelle Zauner (singer in the band Japanese Breakfast!). Both books are paperback which is my preference, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Crying in H-Mart was 30% off! There is an area for kids, a cafe area serving coffee and drinks, and a nice outdoor patio area as well. This place has it all! If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and browse!
