My absolutely favorite part of this is their wine, beer, and spirit selection. They can makes mixed drinks like Moscow mules and gin and tonics. Doubles for like $8! Great deal.

He thought he picked up the version I prefer, but it wasn't right. So we returned today to exchange it, buy another one and a few things for my niece. This was my first visit here, but I will definitely we back. They had a fairly decent selection of items, it was well-organized, and the people working were very helpful and kind. Expect to pay about $40 on average for a Bible, but it's well worth it.

I didn't get the name of the person that spoke to me, but she had excellent customer service skills and she used them, taking time to explain the process so very kindly. I decided to just buy the kid a new Bible (one not glued, but sown together, her recommendation) but if I ever need a book repair service, they will surely get my business. We came to the Book Doctor with a small devotional, quite honestly a lost cause with no cover or binding and several severely damaged pages. We were hoping for some sort of cover and binding to preserve it since it is of great sentimental value and over 90 years old. What we received back was a gorgeous gem, a true made-to-order family heirloom. Not only was the cover beautiful, the binding is a work of art and pages we thought were lost forever were delicately and expertly restored. We stand amazed. Again, if you expect to do it on the cheap and have it by next week, forget it. But if the book in question matters to you and you budget for time and money, plan in advance, make an appointment with one of their experts, then expect the best. These are artisans who will pour all their skill and experience into your valued piece and devote entire days solely to its restoration.

I like the store because it do have some great things with great prices to some of the things but…read morewhat I dislike about the stories faith resale and donation you hear that name donation center so everything they they get it for free and they resell it so that's why some of the prices are ridiculous but the all of this is when you they give you 24 hours to pick it up and we all know that sometimes things happen that's life but if you don't have it picked up within 24 hours no matter how much money you just spent on that free item that was given to them it for your money it for your money which I feel like they should let you pay a deposit and then when you come back and get it. You pay the rest that way you're not on a lot of money, but that's not how it work. You have to pay for the whole thing and if you don't go back and get it the next that's what I believe the rules need to change on at least give a person 72 hours at least because it's like things happen life changes so at least give a person 72 hours. You know be thankful that you guys are for free and able to resell it to us so if you're getting it for free and then you sell it to me and somehow happen I can't get it then I my money and then the next person try to get it and then with on their money so it's a free item that you haven't been paid for two times and still able to make money from the third person off of it. That's what I dislike about that that donation center, and I feel like changes needs to be made me personally if I can it I'm be the one who get that changed. I'm gonna push and push and push and can get it I'm gonna go and speak to the everyone about this today because I think it's a little ridiculous and that's just my opinion other than that it could actually be a pretty good

My rating is based solely on the donation pick up process…read more I was moving out of my apartment and wanted to donate my couch and recliner, instead of throwing them away. The pick up process was hassle free and painless. I called the center to schedule a pick up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and to the point. I had to schedule the pick up for about a week after the day I called because they were very busy (keep that in mind). The men that came to pick up my furniture were very friendly and professional. They called about 30 minutes before they came to verify my location. Upon arrival, they were quick to load up their truck and were back on the road in 10 minutes. My friend recommended this donation center since she also donated some furniture to them and used their pick up process. She also had a hassle free experience and we highly appreciate that they are willing to come pick up. We would not have a way to give them the furniture otherwise.

Their selection of houseware goods seems to always have chipped and broken items. The employees are pompous. I have never had an easy return at this TJ Maxx. At my home TJ Maxx I have experienced such accommodating and polite employees. The manager at my home TJ Maxx always overrides a return within a 5-day grace period after the 30 days. I had been out of the country and unable to get back to TJ Maxx due to military reasons. With only 1 day past the 30 days, the manager would not make any exceptions and the cashier had a snide attitude, just repeatedly saying "that's policy" with no regard to my situation. Even within the 30-day period, with the receipt in hand, the cashiers at this particular TJ Maxx always cop an attitude about making a return. I needed to return an item with the security that was too large for me. The tag was not attached because they had it pinned to the item with the security tag. It was never attached. I was returning it because it was too large. Whilst I was wearing the same jacket that was the correct size, the cashier accused me of wearing the one too large, and therefore returning a used item. It had never been worn. I do not wear clothes that are too big for me. Also why would I want 2 of the same thing??? I will say the lady with the English accent has always been extraordinarily kind and helpful. She is the one cashier at this TJ Maxx that does not wreak havoc for returns or anything else.

I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock! The current owner has well over 20 years experience in this business, and about 40 years as a collector. This is the longest running Comic Shop in Wichita Falls.
