Have been around for 45 years. Shelves are in alphabetical order by author with romance novels leading the way by many shelves. Mystery and science fiction are both vying for 2nd place. The books are all in alphabetical order by author either written 10 years ago or last weeks title released in the same section. A section for latest releases (used) would make me stop in more often and check that area at least. Walter is AWESOME! I needed to buy two books for my nieces for Christmas and after looking online,…read moreit showed they had it in stock. When I called, one of the books was nowhere to be found. Walter ordered it for me, but it wouldn't be in for a week. I have to ship these to Alaska, and I am hoping to get them there by Christmas, so the sooner I can buy them, the better. I received another call about two hours later, maybe less, and Walter said he just couldn't let it go, and finally was able to hunt the book down. What a fabulous store with excellent customer service. Someone give that man a raise. It's Christmas! :)
