She explained that nine different people own and run sections out of this store, and to come to her or anyone else if we have questions. Books, books, books galore! Not to mention, a fantastic use of so much space. You might not know where some things are, but it makes for a heck of an adventure. They do have some areas marked, such as children's and dvds, but everything else is like looking for treasure within the Cave of Wonders. It smells like old-timey books, and you are immediately transported to another time where life was so much simpler and more beautiful. This was the highlight of my day, and I'd recommend this shop to any book lover stopping by Grass Valley.

I pored over the classic section nooks and left with Jane Eyre, Keats poetry, and vintage Shakespeare. I was blown away by the organization, by genre, sorted by author name.
