Gary was the specialist that talked to in person. He took his time explaining the processes and what the company can and can not do. He also told me Credit Glory can't promise any results but walked me through their refund guaranteed. I knew this going in, but his honesty made me a little more at ease. Prior companies would just sugar coat everything for my business. He was friendly, and the person I needed in this case. The inspection said I did anyway this was about 10 yrs ago. If something like that happened today there would be all kinds of repercussions and consequences. For all involved but this was before the laws changed and social media was used to rightly crucify folk. Needless to say I did not sign that paperwork from the mortgage company scam artists right along with the scheming RE agents no thanks to that dude. I could have sued. I filed a complaint against the mortgage company for racist remarks and that also went no where. Now on the other hand fast forward to the one located in North Philadelphia around Broad and Erie, service is like night and day. Wonderful older woman I worked with for counseling was excellent, she called back when I had questions and told me what to do if I had any problems with any party involved when purchasing a home. That was about five years ago or so. She was like a one woman show. I learned from that experience, go to the next one. Outside of the one dude the services and workshops are very helpful as well as the people who present them. Boy I tell you I love 2020 practically everyone/anyone who is wrong can be checked and called out if necessary.

However, my experience after signing the agreement was very disappointing. I was asked to pay a $2,000 retainer upfront, but the actual services provided were extremely limited: filing a request for continuance and a brief phone call (around five minutes) to inform his team that I would not proceed with the case. Given the minimal work performed, I requested a partial refund of the unused portion of the retainer, which I believe is a reasonable and standard expectation. Unfortunately, since making that request, I have received no response despite multiple emails and phone calls. The lack of communication and transparency after payment is concerning. While the initial interaction was positive, the follow-through and client service have been very disappointing. I would have expected a more professional handling of billing matters and at the very least, a response to my inquiries.
