After many calls from them I called back out of curiosity to see who they were. The gal on the phone was rude and very secretive. When I asked what they did or the company name she wouldn't say. She said she wouldn't talk to me unless I gave her my phone number and name. Really, like I'm going to give my info out to a company who is spam calling me. Her attitude and tone was beyond unprofessional. Between her behavior and the multiple spam calls over several months... this place does not seem legit.

After that, you have to go through calls & managers, waiting for them to reach out to you so they can go over a phone call to get your partial refund. They are a scam & don't do anything for you but keep charging you for their benefit. No matter how good they make it seem to you DO NOT DO IT! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM!
