I ate at Boompa after my wife going on and on all day when she got home about how good it was from work.The food was delicious, the service on the other hand. We drove an hour from where we live, just to have Drew not help us at all. Didn't tell us his name or anything, took our order about 15 minutes after we arrived. Messed up on our sons order. Could of been the cooks, but I doubt it because I can't have ice, it hurts my teeth too bad and ended up with ice in my drink after asking for no ice. we had to get it from another waitress. I didn't catch the waitresses name that ended up getting our refills or asking if we needed anything; she was wearing a shirt that said darling. Ended up getting charged for our sons drink even though we ordered his food off the kids menu. I still tipped the waitress that helped because she was amazing. But it just felt like drew hated life, never smiled once. Just walked around like he was miserable the whole time, while the other waitress pretty much went to all his tables to help them. read more

This place has fantastic burgers! The beef is fresh, never frozen. I got the Fire Burger grilled fresh jalapeños. Excellent! My husband got the Bacon cheeseburger and was very pleased with it. Myself and a few Co worker ate there. It was an alright burger but saying it is the best burger in town Is a exaggeration. When the other choices are a Chinese restaurant and sonic and subway. Loved the bacon cheeseburger and tater tots. The meat was so delicious and fresh and the tots were crispy not soggy. Only complaint was they had the AC on and it was cold!! I mentioned it twice to two separate employees with no response. It is hard to really enjoy eating your food when you have to wear your coat. My family and I decided to go and try out this place and glad we did! Friendly staff, clean dining area, and good food. Can't ask for much more. Hubs ordered the boompa burger and loved it. I had the grilled chicken wrap which was delicious. And the kids enjoyed their chicken strips and tots. What we loved the most was the chili cheese fries. Fantastic experience! We thought the food was really great. We each had the fireburger and split an order of chili cheese fries. The service was very friendly and helpful. I think 5 stars are for perfection so an opportunity for improvement might be a little juicier on the burger and a little quicker on the drink refills, especially with a spicy burger lol.
